Social media is definitely a mixed bag. You can get some good information from it and other times it's really not worth it. It just depends on your perspective.
 
Overall I hate social media. I wish it would go away but on the other hand it is kind of useful. You can keep in contact with family a lot easier that way.
 
Social media definitely has benefits in bodybuilding. It's a great way to network and keep in touch with each other. It just depends on how you use it.
 
A lot of guys are able to make a decent living on social media these days and it can fund their bodybuilding so for that social media can be a good thing. I agree overall it's probably more bad.
 
No one forces anybody to be on social media. I don't mess around with it myself but I don't criticize others that do. That's their thing.
