Fasted weight came in at 212.4lbs this morning, its holding steady while easing back in. Sleep was 7 hours, mostly with CPAP on, and felt good. Got into the gym this morning for some back work and took it light again, my strength still isn't at 100% yet but was able to get a good lift in. Had a solid connection and pump for easing my way back into things. Took some physique pictures to see what the days off did and I'm honestly not mad with what I saw, especially as I felt like I couldn't pose or even flex properly. Personally still holding fullness and detail, some slight noticeable regression maybe. Good sign the foundation is strong and ready to go into 2026 strong!
