Did I fatigue my lower back smashing out and clearing / bagging up the knackered (half done) damp and damaged former stage area (middle floor) over the weekend? Me and being bent over doesn't work well for the lower back. See squats

I have a men’s church event tomorrow morning and apparently it is a CrossFit workout followed by breakfast. We will see how that goes because I have never done CrossFit in my life and honestly probably would not if it was not for this event lol.
And I never will lol
