@Noah Wixx my blood work was pretty similar for quite a while until I started using tren. Then my blood work really sucked for a couple years so it's good that you're avoiding tren.
@BlackSheep00 good job on this man. The ground beef, tilapia, and mixed veggies and sweet potatoes are great micronutrients. You mix those in and you definitely get great results. That's what we like to see.
@BlackSheep00 the changes are amazing so far and there's no telling where you can go from here. I think if you lost another 5-10 pounds of mostly body fat, you would look yoked.
@GUY2060 that is smart for sure, man. Don't forget fish. I'm not sure if you're a big fish eater but I just had some today. It's excellent if you prepare it properly.
