    Steroids Bulking up on some sustanon and deca for 14 weeks

    I had a question about bulking up on Deca and Sustanon for 14 weeks. What would you say would be a good dosage? Should I go with Sustanon 500 mg a week and Deca 400 mg a week? Do you think that 14 weeks would be long enough? My stats are as follows: 5'6", 168 lb, and this is my second cycle.
