looking forward to doing some bulking after cutting for a year. I’m going to be increasing my carb intake, to 400 g per day and doing protein at 250. my thoughts are 600mgs deca and 800mgs of test for 14 weeks. I’m 38 years old and 188lbs. And 12% body fat. Do you think those dosages are too high for what I want or should I keep them as is?
