Another cold day in the books. We got hammered with snow again and negative temps. I used to love the winter time, used to enjoy the snow and cold to get a break from the brutal summers. That all changed when I got lean. Or older. Most likely a combination of both. Now the body hates the cold with a passion and can’t ever wear enough layers.

Today ended up being a rest day, but there was excitement! Managed to get 9 hours of sleep today which was greatly needed after only sleeping for 5hrs over the last 48. Woke up feeling great and had a surprise at the door.

Feeling Good Friday! It’s cold and snowy here in the Midwest but that’s not gonna derail this train! Today’s fasted cardio insisted of clearing away all the snow that fell last night instead of my usual walk on the walking pad with my cup of coffee. Today’s lift was good, felt strong and powerful. Nutrition timing seems to be working and fueling the lifts perfectly. Still making adjustments and tweaking things but so far so good. Time to take calories up, adding an extra 300 to reach 3000 for 2 weeks and see if the weights starts increasing. This was my problem last cycle, got to the point I was pushing 4500 calories a day but couldn’t gain weight and couldn’t put down any more food, hoping not to run into that this cycle.

Sunday funday in the books. This cold weather is terrible, hitting negatives at night and single digits during the day and then supposed to warm back up to the 50’s this week. Who doesn’t love bipolar weather?

Slept pretty good today, managed 6hrs so won’t complain about that. Didn’t have much time for a lift today so I switched from hitting legs to chest and shoulders. It’s much easier to fit legs in on my days off because they are longer sessions, so tomorrow they will be up.

No cardio today other than my 15k steps

Today was the first injection of US-Pharmacy test cypionate, EQ, and NPP. Injection was butter smooth, no pip, and just an overall pleasant experience compared to a few others I’ve tried. Excited to get these compounds in my system and up to the planned dosages and make some good progress.

Laying bench cable flys x3 8-12 reps
Incline cable flys facing the stack x3 8-12 reps
Cable lateral raises x2 12-20 reps

Short and sweet lift today, then headed off to work.

your vascularity is insane! Those roadmaps on your legs are next level. And thanks for sharing the daily meal plan—I might have to steal some of those ideas. Keep crushing it!

This is gonna be a short and sweet post today, been a hectic day but we still got our lift in. Hit a solid leg day, really enjoyed this one. It’s now 6hrs post lift and I can already feel my legs getting sore/tight. Started with some foam rolling and stretching to get the legs and back warmed up and then obliterated quads and hamstrings.

No fasted cardio

-Leg press railroads but switched to pushing heavy after 3rd set. Hit a decent PR today of 700lbs x5 and x4 then drop set all the way back down. 160 total reps
-seated ham curls x3 8-12
-calf toe press x4 10-20
-adductor machine x2 12-20
-cable crunch x2 15-20
-ab wheel

Gym and locker room were too busy for any pictures or filming today unfortunately. Legs are going to take a back seat this cycle and hit only once a week, want more focus on my back and arms this bulk. Tomorrow we will be back for a back day!IMG_3529.webp

Anyone know what day it is? It’s Tuesday, low sleep and night shift schedule and I can’t ever keep track of what day it actually is. Hope to get a better handle on sleep this week. Solid lift today, felt good even on low sleep. Taking the next two days to rest so hit a little bit of everything upper body today.

Welcome back to another riveting rest day in my life. 13hrs of sleep. So rested and relaxed, wish I could have this every day. Today was a legit full rest day, no cardio, no stretching, just fully letting the body and mind heal. Speaking of healing, we have a small injury to mend. I seem to have tweaked my forearm/elbow, maybe a little tendinitis with back day yesterday. No worries though, nothing a little Bpc/tb can’t fix with some time off hitting upper body. So much for only hitting legs once a week 🤣.

We’re back for another log! Boring and sweet was today. Sleep was amazing until I was woken up by work asking if I could come in early for a 16hr shift. Can’t complain about OT around the Holidays though. Obviously today was a rest day again. Arm/elbow is feeling better today, still sore but not as bad. Going to keep up on the PT and supplements and taking a break on upper body. Work schedule is hectic the next few days but will try and get some lifts in when I can.

Good evening everyone, finally made it back in the gym despite the crazy schedule. Worked 2pm-6am this morning. Came home and slept from 7am-1pm. Woke up and loaded up the preworkout and intra drink with EAAS and headed to the gym. Appetite was small today and my window to eat was even smaller, got home from the gym and errands by 5pm and needed to get down 2800 calories in 5hrs. No easy feat when the appetite isn’t there but managed to get it all down by 10pm. Have to cover more OT tomorrow, but on day shift this time. 6am-6pm. Switching shifts back and forth like this is killer but nothing gets in the way of progress!

Arm is still doing better, going to try and hit a light chest day tomorrow after work.
