60 years old. Started this journey August 20th, 2024 @ 235lbs 45% BF (First Pic). 2nd Pic was August 20th, 2025 (165lbs approx 15% BF), first day of starting 25mg/day Anavar.
August 20th - February on Ozempic and 120 mg/week Test C.
Februrary - July on 10mg Tirzepitide. 1200 calories a day, 200gm protein, 60gm Carbs, 20gm Fat.
August - June zero cardio
June - Oct 4 days a week 1 1/2 hour cardio
July 20th - Sept 20th 2500 calories a day while on 25mg/day Anavar.
