Good afternoon from Florida everyone, I had a situation happen in the gym this morning, when I was engaging in chest, shoulders and arms.

I was doing lateral raises with 45lbs dumbbells and I heard a pop followed a very sharp pain. Lately I've been sleeping on my side and that began to cause more pain and soreness on both sides of my deltoids. Today was kind of a freak accident, I've never dealt with that before, I wasn't struggling with the weight, but it also wasn't light. I couldn't lift my arm at all without a sharp pain and now it's seemed to have dissipated a little as it's sore but I can move it around as normal.

Using bio-freeze is a topical analgesic that acts as a form of cryotherapy (cold therapy) to relieve pain. The active ingredient in Biofreeze is menthol, which stimulates cold receptors in the skin to create a cooling sensation. This acts as a counterirritant, masking the pain signals sent to the brain.

It's feeling a little better, but it certainly freaked me the hell out this morning..

Happy Friday everyone, 2 more hard days and then a day of rest. I was 211lbs on the scale this morning.

So today was leg day, and I pushed very hard. I'm also feeling very strong, as 500lbs via squat didn't feel as heavy as it has previously. I do deal with pumps that can be incredibly strong though.

This is specifically on arm, leg, and back day.

On arm and back day my lower back gets super tight, this comes from any bending back movement. When doing Leg Press, Squats, and DB lunges, my legs are done from the overall day but during those exercises my legs feel like they're going to explode because blood flow in the local area, same with my lower back. I also wear a brace when squatting and deadlifting, and I still get them. During rest periods I'll stretch to help the area that is dealing with that a major blood flow in an area

I know it's from the Anavar, I'm aware how it gives you really good pumps. Didn't know It would be this intense at 50mg per day. I'm impressed, as I've never dosed anavar this high before. I was always in the mindset of 20-30mg.

I'm sure everyone here knows what takes place during a pump, at least the 3 main areas, but for those who have not, I'll give a quick explanation for it.

1st:
Vasodilation, our blood vessels widen. Nitric oxide (NO) is released and that little gas molecule tells arteries to relax so more blood can rush in.

2nd:
Metabolite buildup, so as we do reps, we accumulate lactate, hydrogen ions, and inorganic phosphate. That buildup pulls water into muscle cells, this process is called cell swelling. The muscle literally expands like it’s being inflated.

3rd:
Venous restriction, during contractions, especially high repetitions work, the muscle squeezes its own veins. Blood gets in easier than it gets out, it pools. That’s why the muscle looks fuller and tighter.

Good morning everyone!!! Scale this morning said 215lbs!!!!!!!!

So as of now the regimen has all been the same, and I'm consuming more food. I've upped the compounds just a tad as well as the HGH and I will now begin to do a morning dose and an evening dose of HGH. So I'll do 2.5 in the morning and 2.5 at night when I was previously just doing 5iu's at night.

I feel great, I wake up rested and ready to go, my blood pressure is solid as well as my glucose in the mornings. The only negative things I'm dealing with is oily skin, my face and my body overall just feels very oily so I break out a little but nothing bad, just a few on my face and under the pectorals and then a couple on my back. Nothing extreme, and we all know this is a part of the game. I'm just sure to shower more frequently and I do sweat a bit more than what I was. I like it though, and for me getting good sweat in the gym just shows that I pushed myself.

Areas of focus will continue to be my latts, my quads, my overall back and chest. I like where my arms are going, they have improved over time and I need my vacuum to pop a bit more to have the illusion of a smaller waist. I've also been thinking that If I feel I can't be competitive in Classic Physique then I will switch to 212. I just feel in my heart that I truly can stand on stage with these guys and with proper improvements I can beat these guys. I say that 100% with no arrogance at all. So remember I've only done 2 pro shows via open, 1st show was last year in August and I place 8th out of 16, in the Atlanta Pro, I felt like I should have been in the top 6. I was told I needed more size by the judges. Then I did the Hurricane Pro open and masters... I placed 9th out of 15 at this and was told I needed to be more peeled... :rolleyes:

This is so damn frustrating because you're hearing different things from different judges at different shows. This also shows us how subjective it can be. In Masters I won my category but I really want to make 1st call out and win an open show. That is the goal for myself.

So for this post I wanted to show you guys what I fill out when checking in with my coach. I have check in's every Thursday and I have until 2:00 pm to send in my info and updated pics or I have to do it the next day. I have them sent in by 8:00 am most of the time.
