Today was leg day. It was a very good workout and the legs are growing at a good pace. I am excited for tomorrow’s well deserved rest day. The food is going down easy and the training is improving every week.

Yesterday I had a rest day so I did my cardio and hit the sauna for a bit and had a poke bowl for an off plan meal. Got back in the gym for a quick workout this afternoon before going and hanging out with my parents and some other family members this evening. Chest, back, and some shoulders. Strength is going up and up and the gains have felt really good. 2 weeks now on Tren and I’m feeling fantastic.

Today was push day! I spent the weekend hanging out with my parents for the first time in 3 months. It was great to see them and they commented on my growth. The training was very good and I great time. I hit an all time PR on bench with 365lb for 2 sets of 8 reps.

Today I trained back. I had some good night sleep, got a solid 3 meals in before the gym and lifted some pretty good weights. The gains have been great recently, and I am having a blast.

Today was a rough leg day. I took an accidental nap with my dog before the gym so my meal and everything got pushed back. I did have a good session overall and I’m happy with progress.

So bro, in your opinion for yourself, being very analytical and critical of yourself, what is your favorite pose and what do you see as your worst pose.

What areas do you feel you need to improve in order to beat out the other competitors in order to garner your pro card.

My best pose is probably the side tricep and I think my worst is ab and thigh. I need to develop my abs better and that will do me well.

You looking great, I love seeing your progression and the fact that you're passionate about training.

That's how we're going to push forward knowing that this field of work is delayed gratification. In your case you're seeing results relatively quick, because that work is there.

Thank you brother, I’m trying to get on your level!! I loved to train before I even knew bodybuilding existed.
 
Yesterday I got back to the training with a big push session. The strength is still going up so is the scale. My appetite and digestion still feel like they’re in a really good spot. I have my bloodwork coming up soon. I would like to push it to 20 weeks assuming all is well there. Blood pressure is in a really good spot as well.

Yesterday was a rest day but I got a major touchdown from the GOAT @US-pharmacies. Today was an upper body day where I focused on growing my back and delts with a little bit of chest work. Things are still going great and I’m making some good progress.
