That's ok, 205lbs looks phenomenal on you brother, keep going and try not to get injured.Sorry for missing the last 2 days of check-ins. The workouts have been very good but very exhausting. I started feeling a few of the Tren side effects with the night sweats last night which lead to me getting a massive hamstring cramp after leg day haha. I’ve been shedding off a lot of excess water weight, so I’ve taken a hit on the scale.

Nice update. Fats are right on the cusp of being low but I like the cals around 3500, keeping it steady!Checking in with yesterday’s workout. We are just chugging along with the offseason. Getting bigger and stronger with every session. I am still working on bringing up my back, shoulders and hamstrings. Sleep, digestion, appetite etc all in a great spot.
