Sorry for missing the last 2 days of check-ins. The workouts have been very good but very exhausting. I started feeling a few of the Tren side effects with the night sweats last night which lead to me getting a massive hamstring cramp after leg day haha. I’ve been shedding off a lot of excess water weight, so I’ve taken a hit on the scale.

4 sets gym 80 preacher curl machine 80lb per side
3 sets chest supported high rows 209

Legs (Wednesday)

2 sets pendulum squat 3pps + 10
2 sets belt squat RDLs 245lb per side
3 sets quad extension 220
3 sets seated hamstring curl 209

Daily injections:
100mg test e USP
86mg mast e USP
10mg Tren a USP
4 iu hgh USP
12.5 aromasin eod

Food:
270g protein
500g carbs
40g fat

Cardio:
30 minutes, 10% incline 2.5 speed. 15k steps

Checking in with yesterday’s workout. We are just chugging along with the offseason. Getting bigger and stronger with every session. I am still working on bringing up my back, shoulders and hamstrings. Sleep, digestion, appetite etc all in a great spot.

Nice update. Fats are right on the cusp of being low but I like the cals around 3500, keeping it steady!
 
Yesterday was a big push day. I’m having a little bit of an issue with my shoulders not feeling the greatest, but the workouts have been very solid and I’ve been growing regardless. I’m thinking my e2 might be a bit low, but I have bloodwork next week to verify.

Tuesday was my pull session A for the week. I had a great pump, made some progress, and have been sleeping and eating a ton of food. Wednesday was a solid leg day. I had some soreness from a heavy cramp I got in the middle of the night so I didn’t go too crazy on the hamstrings.
