New here and am not seeing a lot of chatter about this one. I was wondering what your experiences have been with this for energy, dosing schedule, and recommendations for a reliable vendor.

bros when it comes to dosage, I would go 500 mcg. You don't want to take it too high. You might have trouble with it adjusting as you go.

mots-c Should be taken in the morning. That's a huge mistake that people make. If you take it too late in the day, it will keep you up.

yeah i know people who took mots-c before bed. They were literally up all night cleaning their house. That's how much energy it gives you.

That's awesome. I have a chronic illness and have been taking SS-31 and NAD+. I get a kick of energy depending on the NAD+ inj dosage, but SS-31 isn't really giving me energy. MOTS-C is really I think what I am missing. Has anyone gotten it from a reliable vendor?

When it comes to Mots-c you want to take it in the morning. I would go with 1 mg. Start there and you can adjust as you go.
