I only train at home, other than the squash and rucking. Pushups a no go with those tears in left shoulder. I modify around the injury. I just was wiped at and of day and didn't get home till late then had to prep dinner for my wife and I. Didn't sit till after 8 pm.

Thank you. Someone had earlier mentioned RCS-Research Chemical Sciences. Seems to me that this place will just workout easier for me to order from than Umbrella. They have both the peptides and cardarine that I want. Think I might go with them.
@Ulter, you're absolutely right, I find it pretty fascinating. I had no idea about any of them or what they are capable of. I just need to find a good supplier.
