At that high of a weight, no way you are stalling from diet changes. Might just be time for more diet changes. Can you lay out what you are eating every day?
I am not a huge fan of steroids for cutting unless you are heading into a competition. I would rather just focus on diet and run SARMs instead. Cardarine for example, directly helps with fat loss.

Way too much gear for cutting. Steroids don't burn fat so you don't even really need them in a cut. I get it though, some guys like to run gear just to preserve muscle. I would just do a low dose test and focus on diet.
"Enough changes" is a relative term. What were your results so far and what were your expectations? Where did you get your SARMs from? What does your training look like? What specifically does your diet look like besides just the total calorie amount?
