No fancy bells and whistles today. A rest day dedicated to sleep. And sleep was got. Still not as much as I would like but it was much better. Have decided to take the weekend off my night shift schedule and see if I can get better sleep on a normal sleep time.

7 hours of sleep! No supplements used, just didn’t stay on a night shift schedule on my day off 🤣 still no problem sleeping at night, just during the day. Well rested and well fed had this upper day moving so smooth. Moved through each exercise feeling pumped and accomplished...

It’s definitely neat, the app I use has made it such a breeze to dial in what I need to do to see changes. Aiming for gaining around 1lb a week and this app makes it super easy to see the trends

Very late on this one but guess who got quite a bit of sleep yesterday? This guy. Guess all I needed to do was hit a brutal leg day and that wiped me out enough. As of the time I’m writing this, my legs are already sore and it feels so good. Tuesday will be a good chest and ab day...
