Another rest day in the books. Spent the day trying to sleep, managed 5hrs and 18 minutes out of the 7 I laid in bed. Still trying to find a combination of things that work to help me stay asleep. I can’t sleep very well, but I’m an excellent napper, maybe that’s my problem 🤣...
