Took today as a full active-recovery day. I kept it simple: 45 minutes on the stairs to flush the legs, staying right in the fat-burning zone. Got a good sweat in and put zero stress on the body. Body feels fresh, joints are happy, and legs are already coming back. Ready to hit them hard again...
