This morning I weighed in at 194.8. I think this is a good weight for me at the moment. I trust you guys to tell me when it’s time to tune down the bulk 😁😂

No training today. Just some resting, light cardio, and stretching. Holding about 195 this week, which is fine with my progression. Pics from prep. 2-3 weeks out.

trained legs at the muscle factory with a friend of mine today. It was a tough leg day but it’s what we need to force some growth. I met John and Renee Jewett there, wonderful people. John makes me realize I need more food.

Back day today. Another great training session. I am starting to increase the volume and my body is really enjoying it. I also started going back to a more popular gym, so I think having that camaraderie helps too. Weight around 195

No gym, scheduled rest day so that means grocery shopping, meal prepping, cardio, and extra time with the dog. After listening to John Jewett, I have decided to implement more intense cardio sessions in my offseason. The goal was to keep the heart rate elevated and stay out of breath.
