Today was a big back day. Still putting a major emphasis on growing the lats as much as possible. Today was a much better day as I didn’t have any bloat issues going into the gym.

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.
