Today was back and biceps. Still really focusing on bringing up the lats on these days. Strength, sleep, cardio, diet all locked in and the effort is paying off.

Big push day to start the week. I am just over 4 weeks into the blast, so my serum levels are beginning to peak. Strength is going up quickly and I feel as full as a house.
