So far no trouble with glucose on this dose of GH and reta. Appeitite is appropriate I would say given the caloric deficit, but on refeed days its reaally hard to get the food down.

Post refeed check ins at 229. The little insulin experiment was a success as im Full as a freaking house and coach agrees. Dropping cals more starting today and adding in 1 mg Slupp inj today. Excited to see what the synergy of all this br ings!
