It’s definitely neat, the app I use has made it such a breeze to dial in what I need to do to see changes. Aiming for gaining around 1lb a week and this app makes it super easy to see the trends

On today’s menu was a quick little Sharms day to get a little work in while still trying to focus on improving sleep. Even on little sleep the lifts are solid and the pump is great, but can only imagine how much better it would be if sleep was vastly improved. The work never stops...

I wish melatonin worked for me! Have tried using it but unfortunately all I get from it is a groggy hangover type feeling, but I appreciate the recommendation!

Back day on the menu, and the back was on fire, literally. Sometimes the lower back pumps from Var can be a bit too much and it snuck up on me today after smith machine rows. Doesn’t happen all the time but today really affected the rest of the lift. Pushed on and knocked it out...
