You can go with a 10 week test/dbol cycle. Start with test 200mg/week (wk 1) then taper up to 400mg/wk (wk 2-5) followed by 500mg/wk (wk 6-9) and end with 200mg/wk (wk 10).

Anywhere from 20-100mg/day would be okay, but if you taper up make sure your cycle length is shorter than if you run on 20mg/day for example.
