    I wish melatonin worked for me! Have tried using it but unfortunately all I get from it is a groggy hangover type feeling, but I appreciate the recommendation!

    Fridays log Back day on the menu, and the back was on fire, literally. Sometimes the lower back pumps from Var can be a bit too much and it snuck up on me today after smith machine rows. Doesn’t happen all the time but today really affected the rest of the lift. Pushed on and knocked it out...
