@Dopeless the food looks terrific on this. I love the different options that you have. Mixing in the carbs and the protein is good. One of the things that I can suggest for you also is some avocado. It's a good source of fat.
If I was you, I would stack in some Anavar. That works perfectly with this type of stack. You can lean bulk or recomposition on it and you can also gain a lot of endurance.
Here is how I would set this one up:
- Equipoise 200 mg a week
- Testosterone 300 mg a week
Then you can increase the equipoise to 400 mg a day as the cycle goes.
