Tuesday was my pull session A for the week. I had a great pump, made some progress, and have been sleeping and eating a ton of food. Wednesday was a solid leg day. I had some soreness from a heavy cramp I got in the middle of the night so I didn’t go too crazy on the hamstrings.

Yesterday was a big push day. I’m having a little bit of an issue with my shoulders not feeling the greatest, but the workouts have been very solid and I’ve been growing regardless. I’m thinking my e2 might be a bit low, but I have bloodwork next week to verify.

Checking in with yesterday’s workout. We are just chugging along with the offseason. Getting bigger and stronger with every session. I am still working on bringing up my back, shoulders and hamstrings. Sleep, digestion, appetite etc all in a great spot.
