Forgot to post my workout yesterday so I’ll give you guys a double post. I hit a new high of 199.8 but haven’t quite cracked 200 yet.

Finally got to train some upper body after taking 10 days off to nurse a minor tweak. I slowly worked my way though things to make sure I wouldn’t have any complications.
