Today was leg day. It was a very good workout and the legs are growing at a good pace. I am excited for tomorrow’s well deserved rest day. The food is going down easy and the training is improving every week.

Yesterday was a back and bicep day for me, but I fell asleep before posting on accident. I decided to lower the weight in some movements to work on my form and continue improving the back. Things felt really great and my back is feeling like it got some good work in.

I took the weekend off the fun and watched my goat (victor wembanyama) play on Saturday. I have decided to try going with daily injections for all of my oils too. Strength is going up like crazy and I think some serious muscle is getting put on.
