Chest/Back/shoulders focus. Had a great rest day yesterday where I just did cardio and sauna. I came back to the gym today feeling strong and refeshed and hit some big PRs.

Today’s leg day was not the best one I’ve had recently, but I powered through it and lifted some heavy ish weight with form I am proud of. I felt really good leaving the gym despite not feeling so strong.
