I know, I know, try it, bro. By the way, there are ongoing extensive studies on oxytocin regarding its wide-ranging effects in psychotherapy and its role in reducing medications. It’s a really cool substance.
Good that you have such deep sleep in the final stages 🙂
Now recovery will be key, but if your sleep worsens and nervousness creeps in, I recommend oxytocin in the evenings — it really does the job.
Hey,
I’m curious how you feel on 8 IU GH plus 2 mg ret. Are you experiencing any symptoms of low glucose? And how’s your appetite — no problems with eating?
One more question: glutathione — subcutaneous or intramuscular? It’s a very delicate peptide; you can’t shake it after reconstitution...
That’s a sign that the dose was too high — everyone reacts differently. Start with 1–2 mg right before bedtime, and as I said, it’s not really for falling asleep, it actually does its job.
Best regards.
When you work at night, add 2–3 mg of melatonin right before sleep. It’s not about falling asleep better, but about recovery and better serotonin conversion, because working at night strongly disrupts it.
Best regards.
