That's not why people use it on cycle. They use, as I do, half a pill DAILY (on or off) for the original reason such products were created - benefits to blood pressure

Just cos. Weightlifters brain... take bar. Weigh bar (huge faff cos it's too tall and touches the ceiling next to scale). So I strand on scale (at 140kg) and we add the bar... now we max the scale... so we guess it at 37kg. Ish. I then completely ignore all of that and think 20kg/44lbs...
