If you’re 180lbs, you could put on a good 10-15lbs by eating and lifting properly.
Those areas need to be solid rather than focusing on compounds, as even with compounds...

I've actually been doing 2-a-days as of late. So I'll wake up around 3:30 am and go to the gym in my neighborhood and lift there hitting arms, backs, legs, chest. Then in the evening I'll go to my actual gym and hit areas that are on my regimen that day...
