Testosterone will bulk you up at 500 mg a week. If you're going to add an oral to it, especially a bulking oral, you want to make sure you use an AI. Otherwise you're going to have too much water retention.
I'm a huge fan of testosterone but use aromasin with it or arimidex. You also should use n2guard. It's all about protecting your organs. I would go maximum 750 mg.
I think you have a good baseline from here. It's all about food quality. Concern yourself more about food quality rather than macros. That's the mistake that people make that keeps them down. You don't want to fall into that trap of "if it fits your macros" BS.
