5-10 was an arm and shoulder day due to legs not being ready to be hit again since the split got a little messed up with the extra days. Still a great lift and got some extra work done on those smaller body parts. Weighed in @ 176.4lbs
5-11 was a rest day. New job started Monday...

Solid upper day completed this morning. So far I’m enjoying the way this is split up except for 1 minor problem. Tomorrow is supposed to be a lower day, and after hitting legs on Friday, that just isn’t gonna be feasible. DOMS isn’t gonna allow that one but we will see what I can get done...
