I need liver help. My liver is very strained. My AST/ALT numbers are in the 60’s+ I need to get them lower to the 30’s. A buddy of mine suggested I take milk thistle. I thought he was drinking actual milk lol. I guess its a type of supplement. Should I buy it? Its 42$ from the local store
