My brain is fried trying to figure out how much I should use.
I’m interested in possibly helping my elbow pain. I get issues and mostly my right elbow but it’s also my left. Do I do 250mcg in each elbow daily?
Or do I just pin 1 elbow and then the other the next...
I've noticed that my elbows and knees have been hurting me ever since I've increase my workouts to 6 times a week versus only four times a week
I think my body just has to adjust. In the meantime should I be using a supplement to help with my joints?
