genetics are the number one factor for physique development. then it's lifestyle habits such as getting all six your meals in on time, getting the adequate rest, training hard, and then the third factor is steroids.

this is about doing it for a decade straight. you can't redline it for ten years.

In a word - no. There are multiple factors at play but, by way of example, I'm 6'3 and well over 300lbs. At my biggest I was 336lbs. I've NEVER used more than 1.6g total and my best results were around 1g. Yet I and I'm sure we all do KNOW users who use multiples of grams. The late Monstro, a WABBA pro and freaky with it used (just in AAS) 6g per comp prep cycle. NEVER got over 220lbs. Yet he had better genetics than I do. There's a pic of him aged 15 looking amazing on ZERO anabolics.

The problem is newbies and those with poor results LOVE to blame 'more gear' on their poor results. And that's without, as many will see for themselves, just how poorly most eat and train.

On consistency... I've been lifting 46 years. I damn well would want 'my money back' if I didn't have good results by now.
