What do you guys recommend that I take to boost my work outs? and something that I can take post-workout. I’m really having a hard time with recovery. Need your help and advice. I’ve already tried taking things like protein powder and it seems to only upset my stomach and bothers me while I train.

post workout go with straight up creating and protein shake and hcgenerate
 
5G of creatine is what i've used over the years. It's easy on the stomach and works well.
 
If you're going to use protein powder, I would definitely get plain
Make sure it's a high-quality.
