Friday is the 2nd portion of leg day for me, may you all have a great resting weekend and hit it hard come Monday. Please don't let body dysmorphia hinder you are your journey. Many say they have it, but many don't really know what it is. It's an obsessive fixation on perceived flaws in your physical appearance.

You avoid checking your weight, you avoid looking at yourself with your shirt off. You find yourself comparing your physique to the physique of others. You hate your body, you wish you could change it, and even with hard work you don't see the subtle changes because you're so negative towards yourself. The persistent negative self talk and obsessive focus can trigger sever anxiety, depression and a surprisingly high rate of suicide ideation.

95% of this is me, I don't compare myself to others because I understand we all have different genetic makeups. I do however feel like I look like shit, and I need to improve in all areas, I feel like nothing I do is good enough and I can't seem to fully transform the way I want.

I do understand that it takes time, and this is what we call delayed gratification...

I just wanted to speak out and say for those who really do suffer from this disorder, Please don't be afraid to reach out and talk to someone if you feel you're going down a certain path that's a bit challenging to come back from.

I'm happy to see @US-pharmacies telegram chat group has over 700 members, this lets us know for sure that we'll cross that 1000 member threshold before the year is over. My aunt (my moms twin) has been in the hospital having really bad seizures, so I've been busy at the hospital the last coupe days, I apologize for not posting Monday and Tuesday. They are thinking she could possibly have multiple sclerosis, she's getting transferred to a different hospital that has equipment dedicated to going over brain patters and functions to try and see where these seizures are coming from.

POSTERIOR DAY!!! That's back and hammies.

So I've been dealing with a little bit as far as family and their health problems. I'm proud of myself though because with all the time spent in the hospital, I have not missed a day at the gym. It's really my outlet to have some alone time and get my mind off of the noise and ruckus of life. I can focus and be selfish, I can worry about me and what I'm trying to accomplish, which is having great health while trying my best to transform my physique overall. We've chosen to have a cremation rather than a ceremony and will dump the ashes near the grandparents burial site, so yes this is really happening. What matters is she is no longer in pain and in a much better place.

Apologies for not posting yesterday...

Got a little busy, just wanna give a BIG shout out to @US-pharmacies. This is the best HGH I've ever taken, I can't take more than 7iu's per day as If I take more my hands will literally not work... lol!! Upon waking they're somewhat numb, and I place them under hot water for a little and Im fine from that point.

I look full and feel very good, I'm having very good deep sleeps with no interruptions and glucose is averaging 82-83 in the morning and then between 84-87 after workouts.

I'm just very appreciative of good quality gear from a very good vendor, who cares about the consumer and also the standard of the product.

It's Monday and I'm happy to say that this YK-11 is quite interesting... I got it last week and I'm already seeing a difference in vascularit, pumps and my strength. It's hard to actually believe this is a SARM, as many feel it's a steroidal compound.

YK-11 is a synthetic, selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM) recognized for its unique dual mechanism of action. Structurally derived from 5-α-dihydrotestosterone, YK-11 functions as a partial agonist of the androgen receptor and a potent inducer of follistatin, a myostatin inhibitor. This dual activity results in significant anabolic effects in muscle tissue, demonstrated to be more potent than DHT.

The most distinctive feature of YK-11's mechanism is its ability to significantly increase the expression of Follistatin. Follistatin is a key autocrine glycoprotein that acts as a potent antagonist to myostatin, a protein that negatively regulates muscle growth. By upregulating follistatin, YK-11 effectively inhibits myostatin's activity, leading to enhanced myogenic differentiation. This effect is not observed with DHT, indicating a separate, AR-dependent pathway unique to YK-1. Its ability to induce myogenesis through the follistatin myostatin pathway, as well as its partial androgen receptor agonism, marks it as a compound of significant interest for research into muscle growth and wasting disorders.

I had a great workout today and I can tell the strength is about to be ridiculous as 435lbs via squat on barbell felt light...

Posterior day!!! Really enjoying this workout thus far. No injuries (knock on wood) and being strategic in said workouts in order to continue to shock the central nervous system in order to grow. Cals are up of course and so are the numbers when lifting, we have to have time under tension. We have to beat the body up in order for the compounds to work to their full effect.

Really impressed with YK-11 and may this continue to go well...

Thursday is my 2nd portion of chest day and shoulders with arms. Pumps were so damn real today I had to stop.

I don't mean to come off soft, but damn. The pump/blood flow in the local area was hurting, It was in my biceps, my deltoids, my chest, my fucking neck lol!!!!!

It's the YK-11.. This is on par with Superdrol as far as the strength and Anavar as far as the pumps. I do have to be sure the water intake is where it needs to be as It can make you little dry from what I've noticed. Besides that I am not having any bad side effects from this compound.

I just have to take a bit between my sets in order to let the blood flow settle a little.
