Supplements Help with pain around knees/elbows

So I have a little bit of a dilemma going on whenever I lift really heavy in the gym my knees and my elbows start bothering me. especially Post-workout. They swell up and when I press on them, it’s a very sharp pain.
Does anyone have any advice when it comes to what I can take in terms of supplements to help with this?

That's the main reason. Bodybuilders have this issue.
 
I’ve tried dabs in places where they’re legal, and the cleaner vapour felt easier on my lungs compared to smoking. Since they’re not a prescription option in the UK, I just stick to reading up on how people use them safely, and dabs has been handy for getting a feel for how different extracts and terpene mixes work without messing around with combustion.
