Back in the day, in the 90s, I remember some of the older guys that I used to train with when I was a teenager would talk about deca. A lot of them would run deca 500 or even 800 mg a week. Is this something that anyone does anymore? I was thinking about putting together one of these old school stacks:
Maybe high-dose testosterone
and moderate-dose testosterone
Maybe 800 mg of deca
and then 500 or 400 of the testosterone
I'm 58 years old, 6 ft 1, and around 207 lb. I would like to get up to 225 lb.
