Posting for yesterday’s check in. I had another back and bicep workout. The gains have been spectacular and the progression has been steady. Feeling like a beast in the gym moving some heavy weight around.

Chest/back/shoulders for today workout. I am feeling really, really strong and that US-Pharmacies gear is doing its job. Bigger and stronger with every workout. I guess I had some water to drop off as my weight has gone down a little bit without changing my food.

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.
