Oh yeah the amount of cardio I am doing now compared to the beginning of the year is a lot less to try and avoid injury or more strain on my body. I've dialed it back and have been sticking to low impact stuff, its almost all stairs now lol. They sucked at first and now I actually really enjoy doing them. Throw something on to watch and zone outyou won't go wrong with cardio as long as you don't injure over overtrain
