Active rest day today, great having a stair master at home β can just wake up and head to the garage to get my cardio in without any hassle. Took a sick day from work to take my wife to a few follow up appointments and get some more Christmas shopping done after that. Got the last of my blood results in and they look good. Just as I thought E2 wasnt crashed and testosterone looked amazing, all as expected. My current protocol put my total test at 1944, free test at 525, and E2 right at 30. USP gear is top notch and dependable, last bloods with only 300mg of their test e had my bloods at 1901, so this go around had me right in the same range. Time to plan out increases to my protocol or addition of something.

Solid Thursday with back and biceps β felt refreshed after the mid-week cardio, and the session had me locked in from the start. Pump came on quick, and the vascularity is showing more each day. Another day staying close to my lowest weight yet, has me feeling good and motivated. Elbow is still bugging but each day it's less and less. Have been making sure that I stretch, massage, and ice it regularly. Tomorrow is the last full work day for two weeks, feel very blessed to have a job that treats us right and gives us almost 2 full weeks paid off for the holidays. Thats on top of getting the week off for thanksgiving as well. Plan on taking advantage of the time to rest, workout mid day or afternoon so that I'm at my strongest and fueled up. Should have an idea how my protocol will change so we can start the new year on the right foot.

TGIF! Today also marks the start of my holiday break from work. Looking forward to some solid rest, mid-day or afternoon gym sessions, and of course celebrating the holidays with my family. Had a really good workout early this morning. Seeing more vascularity every week now, especially in the shoulders and arms, it's seriously motivating and keeps me locked in. Shoulders felt full from the first set, and the new split is letting me hit everything with quality volume without feeling beat up. Sub-210 by New Year's is the challenge now! 4.3lbs to go in the next two weeks. Let's see if we can make it happen, especially with all the good food that's coming my way over the holidays.
