Today was a non-training day for me but that doesn’t mean we skip the gym. I just went and tackled my cardio, gave myself a good 20 minute sauna sesh, and worked on my shoulder mobility. Things are going great as far as the growth phase is going.

training today. Chest, back, delts

Weighing in at 205lbs this morning but I’m certain the jump was water weight. Really focusing on building up my back. I tried injectable anadrol mixed with TNE today. I felt a little more energy, but I think I should have done more. Things are still trucking along fine.

Bro, the fact that you were up to 260lbs at one point. This lets me know you can definitely walk around eventually and gradually at a solid 230lbs. Stay healthy and keep motivating the team!!
 
Pictures show my growth for the last month. I put on around 6-7 pounds.

Leg day number 2 of the week was yesterday. To be honest, it was one of those days I felt compelled to skip the gym but I persisted anyway. The workout was good and the pump felt great, so I am glad I pushed myself to do it anyways.

Push day training today. For some reason I was extremely bloated going into the gym today. My stomach was hurting so bad that laying back to bench press was uncomfortable lol. The workout was pretty solid today. Increased all my weights and had a solid pump despite the stomach issues.

Today was a big back day. Still putting a major emphasis on growing the lats as much as possible. Today was a much better day as I didn’t have any bloat issues going into the gym.

Today was a brutal leg day. I popped 50mg of anavar pre workout and guess what, I PR’d on most of my lifts. Wild how that works haha. I felt really good in the gym today, legs felt great and had a phenomenal pump. There’s no way to feel more alive than when you’re gasping for air at the end of a heavy pendulum squat set. 😁

It felt amazing hahah. I was definitely a lot stronger and my legs felt soo huge 1-2 sets in.

Chest/back/shoulders for today workout. I am feeling really, really strong and that US-Pharmacies gear is doing its job. Bigger and stronger with every workout. I guess I had some water to drop off as my weight has gone down a little bit without changing my food.

Leg day was a quick one today because I had a birthday dinner to attend but that doesn’t mean we take the foot off the gas by any means. I destroyed my legs with the limited time/sets I had and left the gym feeling accomplished.
