Today was a solid day.. I made it to the gym early enough so that I could have my postworkout protein shake..

Reta seems to really help control my appetite so far only at 1mg.. Im gonna bump it up to 2mg next week.

If you see my total daily calories for today its way down!! This next month I should start shedding this bodyfat off..

I have to get new gym pants.. I cant even wear one pair they fall down even though I tie it tight as possible and fold them over at the waist..

My knee pain is still bothering me when I go to sit down and stand back up. Its not hurting when I walk at least..

I know I didnt post a log for 5/2 it was a rest day and I didnt have anything to update..

I took a couple update pics of myself today. Im not at home and didnt have anyone to help me take em so I did the best I could..
I wasn't liking how I was looking in the pics. Looks like I got fat enough to where im more than likely gonna have loose skin..

I felt I should've been able to do better in 3 months time.. Im going to include a couple of the pics I took at the beginning for contrast.. Theres a noticeable difference sure but not being happy with my results so far is just gonna drive me to go extra hard this month..

These high rep workouts are kicking my ass!! Today is the day after I did this leg workout and Im pretty sore!! I was humbled yesterday doing this workout and really locked in going as deep as possible every Set and I realized just how weak my legs actually are!!

Going super light compared to usual because of the pain in my knees and concentrating on form and deep stretch exposed that I was definitely ego lifting with legs and priming myself for injury not results...

Im not in town and I went to the gym with a friend and she goes to planet fitness 🫤
That being said .. I dont have a weigh in for you guys because apparently planet fitness doesn't believe in scales..😡🤬

Like wtf kinda gym doesn't have a f'in scale!?!?!

Whats good everyone..

So Yesterday was the start of week#2 of Reta and I bumped it up to 2mg..
I definitely feel a difference in appetite suppression compared to the 1st week of 1mg..

Im also happy to report that im getting sore again from my training sessions. Im realizing now that I wasted the last 2 months ego lifting and now that im concentrating on form stretch and mind/muscle connection yes the weight im using isn't impressive at all but im definitely feeling a difference in not only the pump but also im getting really sore Whereas before I wasn't getting sore at all not to mention my results from training weren't showing the only thing growing was the weight I was lifting and my potential for injury..

Almost all lifting is ego unless it's health specific. But progress is what matters here

After training I couldnt believe my weigh in! Im now At 225lbs💪

I've officially reached my 1st goal that I set out for myself when I started the log😎
Now that im here I think I need to loose probably another 20-30lbs. Reta seems to be doing its thing though i was 231 literally 2 days ago

I think switching from yams to low carb protein tortillas is helping me shed the water weight.. Im also adding in avocados for healthy fats..

My strength is still going down probably cause ive been in a deficit for months now that coupled with higher rep training and using very strict form..

Wassup y'all..

So weight seems to be dropping quickly now today I hit 222.5lbs !! Which is a total of 9lbs in under a week🤯

I had a pretty solid training sesh today Leg strength seems to be coming back which was a great sign for me knee pain wasnt too bad either.. It bothered me a bit for the 1st set of leg presses but after that I was able to go deep and knee pain was pretty negligible either that or greatly overshadowed by the intense burning in my quads😆

I tried doing the 16/8 eating schedule but haven't been able to really follow it the last few days cause Im haven't been able to eat much and if I didnt eat outside the window id be eating like 1k calories a day ...

Whats up everyone...

I know I've been M.I.A the last 4 days. I haven't been to the gym since my last log.

Let me fill you guys in with my situation.. I've been focusing on getting the hell out of my living situation! I know towards the beginning of my log I was excited to move back close to my family but the living situation was just disgusting...

The divorced older lady I moved in with has clearly given up on life and just lives in filth.. There cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen,bathroom and even my room (which didnt have a door).

I felt sorry for her and tried my best to help clean but I just got sick of it cause she didnt even try to help if I didnt do it then it wasnt getting done.. I had to wash dishes not only after I used them but also before because I didnt want to cook/ use dishes that had cockroaches crawling on them.

The kitchen smelled like there was a dead animal in it somewhere and she got mad at me for taking the trash out with the bag to just dump it out and re-use the trash bag!

The last straw was the other night I saw roaches crawling out of the microwave and later that night I woke up to a huge one crawling in my arm🤮

That was it .. !!
Theres more I could get into the bathroom details but I think I made my point..

So thanks to the girl I've been seeing she made it possible to get us into an apartment! I move in tomorrow!! So .. Im going to be busy for the next couple of days helping her move (because I dont own anything besides my clothes for the most part)

She lives 2 hours away and has everything to furnish the new place I am soo grateful that she was willing to help me get out of my nightmarish situation and not only that the new apartment is literally a mile away from my daughter and I'll have a nice clean place she can come visit me at ( I absolutely did not let my daughter come to the roach house)

On another note Im still dropping weight somehow I really think the reta is fixing my metabolism cause I haven't even been training and the weight is just falling off..

I also did drop my reta dose back to 1mg for now because Im not able to eat at all I have to force myself to eat and also because im now completely broke after pitching in all my money for the new apartment..

I should be back in the gym in 2 more days latest! I'll keep you guys posted...

Because I was trying to do the 16hr fast/ 8hr eating window but it wasnt working out with my schedule so now it doesn't matter anymore but for the days I was if I worked out later in the day after the eating window I wouldn't have my protein shake...

Wassup everyone..!!

Im baaaaack!!! So for an update I got all moved into my new place and I love it!! Its clean and its home..😁

Im much happier and feel that now I can go back to focusing on the things important to me. I will have to find a better job to pay for my new place and work more but hey.. who's not busy ?? People find ways to make it work when they really want something in life and so will I..

I had a pretty good workout today I didnt make it to the gym till late but the 4-5 days off definitely gave me a much needed break and I felt the motivation and enthusiasm I havent felt in awhile

I've also still been loosing weight .. Im not sure if its muscle weight too because its been dropping too fast now in my opinion I weighed in at 216.8 this morning!!! If you guys remember i was stuck at 231 for most of my program and I dropped 14lbs in around 2 weeks after implementing the reta..
