• DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

• An other awesome day, eyes open 0429, I am up, Mr Ash'es yellow eyes on me waiting. A bit sore this am, must be doing some thing right. Throw on the grey sweats. Get my USP gear on board of Sustanon 500 at 50mg, Primo 50mg Mast e 25mg. A bit of Tren A at 10 mg. Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants yard, 6 buttnuggys this morning. set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube videos. Funny enough I accidentally clicked a Greg D video, Ash didn't like that at all...he started growing. So put it on Dr. Mike he was cool with that. I rolled in to the garage with my 45oz of electrolytes to wash my spoon full of honey down. Flip on an Evo podcasts and get walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes with a jog, following for 30 hitting my target zone. Transfer myself to the floor to do some yoga, getting that tightness in the chest loosened up and biceps moving freely twist the back good. And expelling the knots out of the quads. Finished off with a good chug of holy water. Aka electrolytes. In to standard stretches. Open up my shoulders and back for some more work.

* 191.6 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean, reps and feeling very easy to move, it felt good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized working in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for midtraps again. They got an amazing pump quickly!

• Lat Pulldowns ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. The stack feels light. But taking the time here is key. Keep the plan in check.
Unilateral rounds pushed for 25 on each side for 6 sets. So all in total 12 sets. On uni sets got to set 4 and form is changing as fatigue sets in. Dropping to 20,19,18. Then a few myo reps. It total we got 23 extra in all. Not counting burn out reps.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is shakers from lat pulldowns. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard today. The pump is almost getting disabling. Lol this is good stuff.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. From what I already have done this is more challenging than normal. Definitely can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 20, 19. Lost a few reps from baseline. I do think its a fair trade.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms were happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit.

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel the lats open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Big and full. Think part of it is pushing blood in hanging arms. Sweet pump.

• Creeper's Pull-Ups, overhand
Hit 5 bw+ a 25 plate, with grips on.
Did 9, 7, 5 failure reps 4ish

• THE Pink yoga block deficit pushups.
25 reps fast and explosive up, 3 count down, 2 count stretch, repeat. Second set my body is tapping out on me. Got good 8 in then started shaking and losing form. Did a couple partials. Kinda just floppedon the floor. I need to eat!

Andrew Jacked finally broke the silence with a full workout, a new training partner, and the fullest upper‑body look he’s shown in months. That’s great but we all know he needs some thicker quads. Blessing Awodibu showing up sharper than expected on the same day? That’s pressure on the mid‑tier guys who thought they had time.
The top names aren’t talking, they’re working.
Momentum is shifting.
TEAM USP stays ahead of it.

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work.

* 192.2 This morning.

• Start the day like always 0430. Mr.Ash waiting for me patiently for me to get myself going. Sweats on. USP gear on board at 50mg Sustanon 500. 50mg primo, 25mg mast e. No trenbolony today, even if that lil devil is saying so. We won't miss the Rockstar zero though. We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. Rewarded with 6 eggs today. Set Ash up with his training videos on the couch. I hit the Creeper cave and start walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes we hit target zone. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the heat I'm about to bring. Then open my chest up. It is pretty "good" sore from top to bottom chest. Did something right. Finished off with my high-school stretching. Throw on the EVO.

• Leg Press

270 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With neutral stance getting a big stretch at the bottom. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled over the knee straight. I did some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover. I am shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 10 that the wall is starting, the last 2 sets were a test. The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done.

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 9. Being methodically. Staying even to last Leg day.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Set 5 is where the money is made!

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are plus 1

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 8 matched again for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes straight today. The foam block is being used here.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads were fire in neutral stance. Foam box is still being used. I should note I am high up on the plate. Mostly quad focused. I took 3 mins shuffling about. And got one more set of 12 in. Mid thighs are cramping up in anger now.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,250–3,500
- Protein: ~320g
-Fats:~85–105g
- Sodium ~ 3,500 – 4,100
- Carbs: ~425–480 Moderate‑high
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
May have done a bit too much this morning. Hit a car show walking around wasn't really fun for my legs. Needed to keep fluids coming in to fight off cramping. Got to see so sweet chill old-school cars. And modern monster's. Then a bunch of lowriders. I don't mind truck lolo's if they have a good and built power plant. Mrs. Creeper got to spend time with the daughter. My boy and I did guy stuff. Waddling around the Farmers market for the first of the year outing. I was able to score more local pair blossoms honey🤙 while he ran around looking at. .well what 14 year old boys look at.

FEATURE STORY — WILLIAM BONAC: THE RETURN OF THE CONQUEROR
William Bonac walked into France like a man who never surrendered the crown and walked out proving age means nothing when the work never stops.
At a stage in his career where most fade, Bonac came in dense, mature, and carved from granite.
And the real statement wasn’t just the win, it was who he stood over.
Sasan Heirati showed up razor-sharp. Peeled. Dangerous.
Most physiques break next to that level of conditioning.
Bonac didn’t break.
He overpowered it.
Sasan brought the cuts.
Bonac brought the complete package.
This wasn’t a comeback.
This was a reminder.
William Bonac is still one of the most dangerous men in the IFBB Pro League.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Bonac returning like a warlord and shutting down a razor-sharp Sasan is exactly what real muscle maturity looks like. And gives me inspiration.
Nick choosing Tampa shifts the entire energy of his season. I knew he wasn't sitting out 26.
Samson’s guest posing today shows he’s operating on a different level.
France delivered clarity.
Tampa is now a battlefield.

I can tell it is fucking me off. Everything else is in check. Mrs Creeper she said she has been bothered by it too. Glad Ash man snores louder than me. Well I think 🤔 Mrs. Creeper is a trooper. But still great day over all was pretty lazy after the morning. And just ate food. Play with the dog and kids. Turn on the sprinkler system head to the Creeper Cave. Flip on Heavy Metal this morning. Jumped on the treddy walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and ready to move. I worked on my bi's this morning with a different plank like hold, fingers point kinda at the feet, elbows locked pushed forward with the toes. Got a really good stretch on them that felt good enough to share with you all. Finished off with my old school stretches. Set myself up for warm up sets. And got to work.

* 192.0 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 80lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 14 then 13. Then 11. We picked up 10 reps on this today 🤙

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 13, then 12 on the rest of the sets. We got 5 here today that is another win. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
This is my working load for now. We will work up. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 13, then 13. I got 2 more out of this today.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 15lbs. 15 reps first set. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. From set 3 to set 5, Getting 14 rep's. Going off my last shoulder day. I got lit up matching. Killer pump in the caps today.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. First set 15 reps, then to 14 reps on set 2. finished off strong at 12 for 2 sets lost one rep last set.

* I took a solid 3 minutes to do my extra work. My shoulders were engorged 😁

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
5 x 5 + 25lbs over hand, up fast, down slow and controlled.
* Deficit push ups 2 sets
25 slow and controlled
10 good reps, shoulders were fire, 4 weak partials to fail.
Chest was still not the fail point today. That was all shoulder pump, nothing hurtful just couldn't move in a full range.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

• OVERALL NOTES
Feel good overall, got decent sleep nothing great. I did apparently steal most of Mrs. Creeper's side of the bed. She is awesome for not killing me in my sleep. Then getting up shortly after I came in to finish my water to make me an awesome breakfast. For some reason everything tastes better when she cooks for me. Then even helped prep out my in-between meals for the next 5 days. She even had me a mid day cardio session, that was awesome.😘 Fishing the day going over bodybuilding news. Looks like a quite day so far. So that means I better find a few more things to do around here. Definitely need to get my dad's generator fixed and back to him. That would open space up for something else for the dungeon? 😁

Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants yard, 7 buttnuggys this morning. set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube videos. Right after my Rockstar. I pounded down 30 Oz of water and made my electrolytes. This headache is not getting better. I started in silence with yoga stretches out was hard to focus. I finished off with my standard stretches. And started walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Kicked up to a jog. That was were I tapped out. I started getting spots in my vision. This is going to be a bad one. I took a med that I have for this a ubrelvy. And went and joined Ash. It started getting worse. Thats where I ended my day hiding out in the dark. We will try again tomorrow.

• DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS

• 0435 Up and ready, Mr Ash's yellow eyes on me ready to go. This am I feel a bit torn down. That migraine was an ass kicker, I normally can still function at a low level not this time. Glad that it's not like it was 10 years ago. Throw on the grey sweats. Get my USP gear on board of Sustanon 500 at 50mg, Primo 50mg Mast e 25mg. Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 9 eggs this morning! set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. Felt I should start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Did yoga for 45 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Going to ride the mountain bike later and run Ash. He needs it as we didn't get our afternoon walks in. Finished off with my old school stretches. Set up for warm up sets.

* 188.6 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mids/ roms. Not getting pumped like normal. It will straighten up quick.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds pushed for 25 on each side for 6 sets. On uni sets got to set 4 and form is changing as fatigue sets in. Dropping to 19,18,17. Then a few myo reps. Not counting burn out reps. Lost 3

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is hard to keep from lat pulldowns. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Got some pump out of this. Definitely going to focus on getting water and minerals in today.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. From what I already have done this is more challenging than normal. Definitely can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23 21. Got a few reps back to baseline.

Still lacking the big pump, its a mild version today.

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open.

Blood did come into the arms here. Feels really nice.

• Creeper's Pull-Ups, overhand
Hit bw+ a 25 plate, with grips on.
Did 6, 6, 5, failure reps not counting.

• THE Pink yoga block deficit pushups.
25 reps fast and explosive up, 3 count down, 2 count stretch, repeat. Second set my body is tapping out on me. Got good 6 in then started shaking and losing form. Did a couple partials. Took 90 seconds popped off 5 more. It's time to get some food and fluids in.

• OVERALL NOTES
Feeling fair, definitely off a bit but I know tomorrow will be better than today. Although this morning looked pretty dry in the mirror. Bit flat, still a good look. Took Ash on a 3 mile ride with the bike. He definitely needed that. He is a happy dog blowing off his energy.

Samson Dauda Turning Up the Heat
The former Mr. Olympia is making it very clear that he's coming for redemption in Vegas. Samson dropped a new shoulder / legs workout video and continues to release Olympia-prep content showing increased size and intensity. Recent footage and training updates suggest he's prioritizing more mass while maintaining the shape that made him one of the most dangerous physiques in the sport.
TEAM USP TAKE:
The "Nigerian Lion" looks focused. More importantly, he doesn't appear to be chasing drastic changes just improving weak points and bringing a fuller version of an already elite package. Saying his is 15 lbs off of his target, for the math is a 1 lb a week.

• Derek Lunsford's Olympia Prep Rolling
Derek has also been active on YouTube and social media, continuing to release training content and prep updates. His recent videos have highlighted arm, chest, and overall growth-focused work as he prepares to defend his Olympia title.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Derek remains the standard until someone takes the Sandow from him. He knows everyone is chasing him and he appears to be approaching this prep with confidence rather than panic.

• Nick Walker Coaching Situation Creates Buzz
The biggest discussion this week continues to be Nick Walker bringing in another coach for his Tampa Pro/Olympia qualification campaign. The move has sparked debate throughout the bodybuilding media world, with several analysts questioning whether another coaching change this close to a competition is the right move.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Nick's physique has never been the problem. Bringing his best look to the stage consistently has been. If this coaching move helps him nail conditioning and presentation, it could be a huge story heading into Tampa.

SOCIAL MEDIA
• Hadi Choopan Fires a Shot
Hadi posted a photo standing next to Derek on the Olympia stage accompanied by a facepalm emoji.
No names mentioned.
No direct callout.
But everyone in bodybuilding understands the message.
Your interpretation is probably shared by a lot of fans. Since the 2025 Olympia result, debate has never really stopped regarding Hadi versus Derek. Many fans still believe Hadi had a strong case for the win, while others believe Derek's structure and presentation secured the title. The discussion remains one of the hottest topics in bodybuilding.
TEAM USP TAKE:
Whether you agree or disagree with the judging, Hadi clearly hasn't forgotten. The Persian Wolf looks motivated and appears to be using every perceived slight as fuel for 2026.

• Hadi Looking THICK
Multiple recent photos show Hadi looking extremely full, round, and dense during his Olympia prep. Combined with reports that he's working with extra help heading into this season, the message is clear:
He's not showing up just to place.
He's showing up to reclaim the throne.

• OLYMPIA TV COMPARISON TALK
Olympia-related comparison content this week featured discussion around:
• Samson Dauda vs Andrew Jacked
The overwhelming sentiment from commentators and fan discussion appears to lean toward Samson at the moment. While Andrew's shape, aesthetics, and structure remain elite, many observers feel Samson currently holds advantages in overall density, maturity, and stage presence heading toward Olympia season.
• TEAM USP TAKE:
Andrew Jacked has the tools to beat anyone if he arrives 100%. But if Samson brings improved conditioning with the added size we've been seeing lately, he immediately becomes one of the favorites for the Sandow.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER'S THOUGHTS)
Everybody keeps talking about a four-man race.
Derek.
Hadi.
Samson.
Nick.
But the real story right now is momentum.
Samson is training like a man on a mission.
Derek is carrying himself like a champion finely.
Nick is trying to reinvent the formula.
And Hadi looks hungry and angry.
That's a dangerous combination.
If the photos continue trending the way they are, this could be the deepest Men's Open Olympia storyline in a while.
Vegas can't get here soon enough.

TEAM USP — DAY 3: Legs, Calves & Abs 🔥
Lower body work.

* 192.2 This morning.

• My alarm beat me this am. 0430. Mr.Ash waiting for me patiently for me to get myself going. Sweats on. USP gear on board at 50mg Sustanon 500. 50mg primo, 25mg mast e. 20mg tren a. Of course won't miss the Rockstar zero. We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. The chickens are going hard now this morning we got 10 buttnuggets. Ash up with his training videos on the couch. This morning he gets To watch Nick do his thing. I hit the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the heat coming in. Then open my chest up. It is pretty "good" sore again. Think the extra push up's are paying off. Finished off with my old school stretches Throw on the EVO.
Ep, 700, great show. Listening to my team is so cool. Ups and downs and life, drugs, crazy stories. I'm never alone. 😁
• Leg Press

270 Stance wide today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting a big stretch at the bottom. Still using foam blocks on wide.

I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 10 that the wall is starting, the last 2 sets were growing and mental cussing. The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done.

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Being methodically. Plus 1 today.

We are even.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
250 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 8 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes straight today. The foam block is being used here. +1 today

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads were on fire! Foam box is still being used. I should note I am high up on the plate. Mostly quad focused. I took one minute in the machine took 3 more then again for 3 more.

• Notes of the Day
Well as my Team knows, I have a new job starting Monday so clean up my 9 foot long tool box and get it ready to move. Unload some old crap that is no longer needed. And rando junk that finds its way in. And re organized a bunch. While I was doing this. Mrs Creeper comes out and asked me to look at the drier. 3 year old Samsung.... wtf... broken drive belt. It doesn't look as easy as an old unit. But the belt should be here Tuesday. So loaded up wet clothes to head to the laundromat.

• No Alarm today, up at 0300 normally goes off 0430. Throw on the sweats get my pre loaded 50mg Sus 500, 50mg primo, 25 mg mast, put on the science officers robe Mr. Ash seems a bit annoyed I am up a bit early. Mind is going 200 mph this morning I take him outside to do his show. He didn't want to do the normal perimeter sweep. So I took him in and he bolted for the bed instead of his avocado blanket. I went and got a shower to chill off a bit. I am already running hot this morning. Feels like its going to be spicy today. I hit the garage to work a bit of my nerves off Walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 30 minutes. My legs are a bit pissy this morning. Most definitely need to stretch out. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs some painfull holds and stretching. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on Rest days put on my belt for some pull–up's with a 25lb plate. Doing 5 reps for 5 sets. Then to finish this off. My yoga blocks in hand for deficit push up's. I did 25 with a pause and did 21 more. Enough for that good pump. Then felt right to bust a set of cable curls out. Did 12 X 3 sets of 80lbs. Got a good pump to show off. I have not seen the owners husband in 12 year's. And I am sure he hasn't taken care of himself. Hopefully I can talk to him about making some changes to his life.

• I got breakfast in, and a shake. Packed up my balb. Big Ass Lunch Box. Then got in the Garage to unload the drawers on my box. It is almost 9' long so taking out the drawers makes it manageable. Mr. Ash was directing me on what to do.... he has his rednose in everything. Our trans port showed up. It was a big task to load it then to fill it up again. The trip was smooth and slow. Then unload the box again to get it off the trailer. It is 3100lbs loaded. That getting done. Boss man ask what I have done to look this way. Of course I can't say everything I do. Not yet anyway. But did talk to him on how I changed my diet because of my gut issues. And workouts that are constantly done. And if he wants I will get him in shape. 😁

🔥 TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS June 13/2026

• TORONTO PRO 2026 — FULL VERIFIED PREVIEW
The 2026 Toronto Pro Supershow is underway (June 14, Toronto, Ontario). The Men’s Open lineup is officially one of the deepest of the season, with multiple athletes chasing Olympia qualification.

Top Storylines
• Quinton “Beastwood” Eriya — The true favorite coming in.
◦ Canadian hometown advantage.
◦ Best combination of size, structure, aesthetics, and stage presence in the lineup.
◦ Analysts say if he nails conditioning, he wins the show and punches his Olympia ticket.

• Blessing Awodibu — Entering his 5th show of the year, and this is the best he has looked all season.
◦ Recent physique updates show improved waist control and tighter conditioning.
◦ Toronto may be his best chance yet to secure an Olympia qualification.
◦ Other outlets note he must be at his absolute best to beat this lineup.

• Official Competitor List (Men’s Open)
Blessing Awodibu, Wellington Baptista, Roberto Buonomo, Timothy Cline, Gianluca Di Lorenzo, Quinton Eriya, Roy Evans, Dorian Haywood, Isaiah Hilton, Hossein Kalateh, Kang Min Kim, Matt Kouba, Christopher Miller, Keunwoo Park, John Rivas, Eric Wood, Dicheng Zhang.

• SOCIAL MEDIA & ATHLETE MOMENTUM UPDATES

Derek Lunsford — The “Dark Derek” Era Continues
Derek has shifted into a more aggressive, trash‑talking champion persona, firing shots at Andrew Jacked at the O tv meeting (“You’ll never win”).
He doubled down with more confrontational posts, signaling a full heel‑turn energy that fans are loving.

He’s also been criticized for being “inactive” on social media, with some calling him the quietest Mr. Olympia in years, though legends like Lee Haney defended him.

Hadi Choopan — Trading Jabs & Staying in the Spotlight
Hadi continues to fire back indirectly through physique updates and statements.
He recently posted sets of photoscomparesthe two, confirming he’s still competing despite political controversy.
He remains one of the most conditioned on stage athletes in the division and is still widely considered a top threat.

Derek vs. Hadi — The Ongoing Rivalry
Both camps continue subtle jabs:
• Derek leaning into swagger and trash talk.
• Hadi posting sharpened updates and refusing to back down. With cryptic messages.
This rivalry is becoming one of the defining storylines of the 2026 season.

• ADDITIONAL NEWS STORIES

Toronto Pro Live Results Page Active
Generation Iron is updating live scorecards throughout the day.
Men’s Open winner is still TBA at this hour.

General Industry Notes
• Nick Walker has officially announced he will compete in Tampa, adding more pressure to the mid‑season qualification race.
• Having Jo (The Machine) Palacios going to Tampa is going to have a good look at someone who compares to Nick should be cool.
• Media outlets continue debating Derek’s ambassador role and social media presence.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

This Toronto Pro is exactly what the season needed a real pressure cooker for up and comers.
Quinton “Beastwood” Eriya is walking in with the most momentum he’s ever had, and the Canadian crowd is going to blow the roof off if he nails conditioning. Blessing is dangerous, this is the sharpest he’s looked all year, and he knows it’s do‑or‑die for Olympia qualification.

Derek and Hadi trading jabs is the best storyline in bodybuilding right now. Derek’s heel turn is money. Hadi’s refusal to back down keeps the fire burning. This rivalry is carrying the sport.

🧠 Prediction:
If Quinton is peeled, he wins.
If he’s even slightly off, Blessing could steal it.
Eric Wood is one that I think could pull a real upset if conditioning is spot on vrs. Size of Beastwood.
TEAM USP OUT.
