☆PROUD TEAM USP CHAMPION☆

• Started the day at 0430. Catch the alarm just as is started. Throw on my sweats. I have my pre loaded 1 ml pin ready with 50mg sus 500. 50 mg primo. 25mg mast e. We run a bit of Deca today 20mg (ALL USP GEAR) Gear online, throw the robe on and Ash at my side following me to the Rockstar. We do our morning perimeter checks water some plants and the chickens we got 7 egg this morning. Gave Ash his avocado blanket and training videos. Turn on the sprinkler system head to the Creeper Cave. Flip on Evo this morning. Jumped on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches getting everything loose and ready to move. So far nothing hurtful in the shoulder. I know its still there just going to be careful. So started this off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 20 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders. This morning I figured it would be wise to do quart load as warm up's.

* 191.2 this morning

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 80lbs cut to 40lbs
18 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed. I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest as tight as you can before cramping. On set 3 dropped back to 14 then 13. Then 11. We are staying even.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
10–15 reps × 4 sets 15lbs. Full stretch, slow squeeze. 15 reps on set 1. On set 2 did 13, then 12 on the rest of the sets. Staying level we are still even from last go around. I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.

• Triceps Rope Pushdowns — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
This is my working load for now. We will work up. Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the contraction movement I push with a slower movement, then slow accent back. On a 4 count on both movements. Set 3 hit 13, then 13. Checking my note book before we stay level.

• Cable Lateral Raises * Skipped today
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 15lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 25lb. Did not complete...

* I did some Creeper stretches. Even with the weight hanging off the shoulder it is barking.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
5 x 5 + 25lbs over hand, up fast, down slow and controlled. Not completed....
* Deficit push ups 2 sets
25 slow and controlled, did not complete....

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Why do I feel guilty for skipping half my day.. I did feel the area in question it was a bit uncomfortable but not painful. So its a start.
Got home and everything was off due to the fire 3 miles away. Got the generator going to do dinner and get some hot water for a shower. The cell service was hit and miss and net was down. It was actually very quiet all around. Hopefully I can get a good sleep in.

🇰🇷 South Korea Bodybuilding Circuit Erupts With International Traffic
Hidetada Yamagishi and Keone Pearson wrapped a multi‑day fan‑engagement tour across Seoul, hitting Orso Fitness and Hawk Eye Gym for seminars, posing sessions, and media appearances. Korean fan turnout was massive, signaling the country’s accelerating IFBB Pro interest and its push toward becoming a regional bodybuilding hub.

🇰🇷 Korean Media Outcry Over Behrooz Tabani’s Visa Blockade
South Korean bodybuilding outlets issued public statements supporting Behrooz Tabani, who continues to face U.S. visa denials preventing him from entering major IFBB Pro shows. Korean fans and media are calling for resolution so the Milos Sarcev‑coached Open contender can finally step onto the Olympia stage.

🇰🇷 Kang Min Kim Locked In for China Pro
South Korean IFBB Pro Kang Min Kim released new prep footage showing heavy progression as he targets the upcoming China Pro. His goal: secure an early Olympia qualification and establish himself as Korea’s next major international threat.

🇰🇷 Post‑AGP Korea Pro Momentum
Following the 2026 AGP Korea Pro in Paju City, where Tae Min Jung earned his Olympia qualification in Classic Physique, NPC Worldwide released full amateur galleries from the Korea Natural Regional 6, showcasing rising natural athletes gaining regional points and visibility.

• SOUTH ASIAN CHAMPIONSHIP REMINDER — JUNE 30–JULY 4
The 16th South Asian Bodybuilding Championships kick off next week in Thimphu, Bhutan.

Who’s Competing
Over 200 athletes from 8 nations, including India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.

Team India Additions
Nagaland standouts Keneilelie Sorünuo and Lily Hashnu join newly selected Sikkim champions Sita Bishwakarma and Norbu Bhutia.

Prize Structure
Athletes will battle across 15 categories for a clean $5,000 USD cash prize and the title of Mr. South Asia.

• TEAM USP SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEP

• Hidetada Yamagishi & Keone Pearson Seoul seminar clips circulating across Instagram Reels.
• Kang Min Kim heavy back‑day footage trending on Facebook fitness pages.
• Tae Min Jung Classic Physique Olympia‑qualified training clips gaining traction across Korean platforms.
• Behrooz Tabani visa‑support posts shared widely by Korean bodybuilding media accounts.

🧠 TEAM USP (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
South Korea is heating up faster than any Asian market right now. When legends like Yamagishi and rising stars like Pearson pull crowds that size, it signals a shift Seoul is becoming a legitimate bodybuilding destination. Add in Kang Min Kim’s China Pro push and Tae Min Jung’s Classic Physique momentum, and Korea suddenly has multiple athletes making noise on the global stage. The only dark cloud is Behrooz Tabani’s visa blockade, which continues to frustrate fans worldwide. If that wall ever breaks, the Open division gets a whole new problem to deal with.

I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Especially my shoulder. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Time in the mornings is tight have to maybe get up 30 minutes early to getting in a full workout. Did 10 minutes of work on my shoulder in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Then go!!!!

* 191.2 This morning

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15. On the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid/trap. Got a really nice pump really quickly. And it didn't seem to bother the shoulder doing this. 🤙

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds pushed for 25 on each side for 6 sets. This was an instant no go. Could feel the pressure right away.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 14, 13
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is a lot easier hit upper & traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Got some pump out of this. There is some discomfort here but manageable.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23 21. Keeping everything level. And seems not to bother.

• Seated Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms were happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely. Back is swollen and fat. Good feelings!

• Pullovers
75 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. Sight discomfort. Was able to get it done.

• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher. Blood did come into the arms here. Feels nasty!

• No pull up's as well as push up's. I didn't try but I already know.

*DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Total Calories: 3,450
- Total Protein: 310g
- Total Carbs: ~460–480g
- Total Fat: ~75–110g
- Total Sodium: ~3,800–4,400mg
- Had a table spoon of honey.

• OVERALL NOTES
Still kinda a half assed work out. I know better than push it and go back steps. It is feeling better definitely not as tender. I will bring back load soon starting off really light. Finished the day off good, minor discomfort. I will slowly work on it, message gun and hit it with klow again. Creeper's stretches. See how it feels going forward. Got a call from my brother late in the day. He is having surgery Tuesday on his neck So I will be taking an unplanned day off. So I will be out the 27th. He needs his brother to vent to take his mind off shit. His wife has made some off hand comments that I feel that should never be spoken in front of others. Even me. So I am worried that he will be on his own after this, not that she leaves. That he won't have help. In that case he will be coming to my house where I can feed him and make him rest. And I will inject his skinny ass! 🤣🤣🤣🤙

• HEADLINE — ALI EDWARD KARGBO STUNS MILAN, WINS 2026 FLEX WEEKEND ITALY PRO

Ali Edward Kargbo (Ed Carbo) defeats veteran legend William Bonac to win the 2026 FLEX Weekend Italy Pro Men’s Open, securing his qualification for the 2026 Mr. Olympia.

• MEN’S OPEN — OFFICIAL TOP 5 RESULTS (2026 FLEX WEEKEND ITALY PRO)

1st — Ali Edward Kargbo (Ed Carbo) — Qualified for Mr. Olympia
2nd — William Bonac
3rd — Jordan Hutchinson
4th — Daniel Goss
5th — Justin Musiel

• JUDGING & CALL‑OUT ANALYSIS

Ali Edward Kargbo
Judges favored Ali’s shape, aesthetics, and structural symmetry, especially in finals where Bonac was moved out of center.

William Bonac
Bonac has peaked three times in three weeks across European shows slight conditioning fade, but still dense and dangerous. Time to shut down and rebuild.

Jordan Hutchinson
Projected winner by many. His updates he looked really peeled. Media labels him the most disappointed athlete of the weekend.

Daniel Goss
Solid, composed, but lacked the explosive detail needed to challenge the top three.

Justin Musiel
Best pro showing to date — rising momentum.

• CRISIS STORYLINE — BEHROUZ TABANI VISA NIGHTMARE

Behrouz Tabani (The Visa Blockade)

Missed EMPro Classic (Spain)
Tabani was a heavy favorite to win EMPro Classic.
His Schengen visa was denied, forcing a last‑second withdrawal.

Missed FLEX Pro Italy (Milan)
His team attempted an immediate pivot to Italy.
Tabani was stranded in Dubai, waiting for travel clearance, he never made it to Milan.

Olympia Qualification in Jeopardy
Missing back‑to‑back European qualifiers puts his 2026 Olympia hopes at risk.
He must now target international shows with easier entry, likely late‑summer Middle East or Asian circuits.

How This Impacts Hadi Choopan
Tabani’s situation highlights increasing visa scrutiny for Iranian athletes.
If similar issues arise, Hadi Choopan’s Olympia entry could face delays, creating a dangerous ripple effect across the season.

• WEEKEND VIDEO TAKEAWAYS — CHANNEL BREAKDOWNS

• Judges prioritized shape over density — Ali’s silhouette beat Bonac’s maturity.
• Bonac’s three‑week peak streak finally showed fatigue.
• Hutchinson must rebuild fast before Tampa + Texas.
• Tabani’s visa crisis is now a season‑altering storyline.

• WHAT’S NEXT, UPCOMING MEN’S OPEN SHOWS

• Tampa Pro 2026 — Hutchinson expected; Bonac possible; rookies entering. Nick and Jo show!
• Texas Pro 2026 — Historically a conditioning war.
• Portugal Pro 2026 — European regroup point.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Ali Edward Kargbo didn’t just win he took command of the entire weekend. And his first win!
Bonac fought like a veteran, but three peaks in three weeks finally caught up, he was faded.
Hutchinson needs a rebound or Tampa will expose him even more with the mass monsters.
Tabani’s visa blockade is the dark cloud over the season, and if it spreads, Hadi’s Olympia entry becomes a real concern.
Italy Pro wasn’t just an upset it was a season‑shifting earthquake.

• Notes of day
So going to stay one more night and head out on Sunday. We had a good day got to talk about life in general. Keeping his mind off of surgery this will be his 5th revised surgery #3 on his neck. He is worried that it will be his last. I did my best to keep his mind off of it. We went underground and got some ore for him to mess with. The metal detector was going off on the samples we got. So hopefully he gets some shiney out of the deal. Pretty tired myself, miss my Wife and Ash, oh yeah my kids lol. They don't like to go prospecting anymore. Figured they would playing Minecraft all the time.
Anyway we will count it as a rest day. In total still got 14k steps in but it doesn't change if you are carrying a load or at elevation or going uphill.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)

It is necessary to keep and maintain the relationships between you and loved ones no matter your goals. We choose to live our way, make sure you leave room for them as long as they support you. If they are Negative about it keep your life private to them and only return love not their negativity. Eventually they will change or they will keep the distance the same. Everyone in my life supports me and encourages my progress. Just like the family that adopted me on Evo. As well as my brother Rob he is the only one besides my Dad that knows I am an enthusiast of ped's. My wife's side of the family wouldn't understand. They still are super judgemental of Amanda and myself. So they don't come around often.

• @0430 my eyes are open as my alarm chirps off. Shoulder is not too bad this morning Daily progress and stretching is paying in full. Mr.Ash waiting, He watches intently as make sure I am doing this right. USP gear on board.

Primo 50mg
https://us-pharmacies.to/product/primobolan-depot-methenolone-enanthate/

Mast e 25mg
Deca 25mg

Of course won't miss the most important part of the stack Rockstar zero.
We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. The chickens are throwing. We have 11 eggs this morning!? Wait one second we have another chicken!? WTF! Okay welcome bird, ummm we will name you Roadrunner, black and gold Easter egger. We have 12 birds now. Ash posts up on the couch with his training videos and his avocadoblanket. I hit the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the work to come. Still fires all over, smoke is everywhere. Unfortunately we lost 3 firefighters to this blaze. The wind has been outrageous causing it to move unpredictable. On to opening my chest up as well as the Creeper stretches using 20lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Finished off with my old school stretches Throw on the EVO, listening to some of the older one's still. great information. I can't wait to find information about whatever to share with everyone. And BS with the guys on it was thinking of digging in to the trenbolony as I need to go over my notes again for it anyway.

• Leg Press

280 Stance neutral today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With neutral stance getting really deep great stretch. Easy to come out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled keep the knee straight by using a foam block. I keep doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Feeling a bit better after just moving. Legs have been tight with all the steps I have been getting.

• Cable Crunches
We are staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets . I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover. I am still shaking hard by set 3 it's at rep 13 that the wall is starting this time, 1 more reps than I was fatiguing before. the last 2 sets were grity. Bring the pain! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. As my head spins when I get up!

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Being methodically. Staying level in reps is winning. I still have to go to work after this. I was cautious holding the weight. Shoulder seems fine with it.

• Calf Raises
120 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps. Set 5, my favorite. Is really burning.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.

• Hanging Leg Raises x 4
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 60 seconds. I was lit up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even. I did feel some discomfort but we worked through it. I tried Pull-Ups to my surprisingly joy I was able to do 5 with minor discomfort. Yeah buddy!

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
250 lbs, neutral stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 8 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes straight today. The foam block is being used here. Staying even.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 150, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads were on fire! Foam box is still being used. I should note I moved down on the plate a bit, still mostly quad focused.
* I didn't do extra today. I tried a push up and it is definitely not okay with that just yet.

• Daily Totals
- Calories: ~3,250–3,500
- Protein: ~320g
-Fats:~85–105g
- Sodium ~ 3,500 – 4,100
- Carbs: ~425–480 Moderate‑high
- Fats: Controlled, mostly from eggs + almond butter

• Notes of the Day
Well trying not to look like a drunk at work was funny to me. Getting asked if I am okay, yes sir, legs this am! Started walking better in a few hours 🫡 As an observation I noticed that everyone but me smokes or chews here, even vaping inside. I did smoke when I was a drinker that only lasted a few year's. But getting a couple of the guys intrigued about making life changes. Hopefully I can help guide them out of the crap they do to themselves. A positive note my CPAP fitting appointment is July 8th. Super stoked for this to happen. I truly believe this is the hinge that has causation to my to kinda slow gain and not stack up size. @3-4 hours of sleep broken up is not working.

•Edward A. Kargbo’s Italy Pro Breakthrough

Edward A. Kargbo delivered the biggest win of his career at the 2026 FLEX Weekend Italy Pro, officially punching his ticket to the 2026 Mr. Olympia (Sept 24–27, Las Vegas). He defeated veteran William Bonac and rising contender Jordan Hutchinson, securing the Men’s Open title with elite density, shape, and conditioning.

Kargbo’s win has triggered major buzz across IFBB platforms, especially with Sierra Leone celebrating his qualification as a national milestone.

🔥 MAJOR PRO SHOW RESULTS & UPDATES

Edward Kargbo — Men’s Open Champion (Italy Pro)
• 1st — Edward A. Kargbo
• 2nd — William Bonac
• 3rd — Jordan Hutchinson
• 4th — Daniel Goss
• 5th — Justin Musiol

• Dallas Botchway — 24‑Hour Double Victory
Men’s Physique standout Dallas Botchway pulled off a rare back‑to‑back win streak, taking World’s Classic Pro and Body Be 1 Classic Pro within 24 hours, locking his Olympia qualification.

• Quinton Beastwood — Toronto Pro Prejudging Momentum
Beastwood continues his rise with a strong prejudging performance at the Toronto Pro, positioning himself as a top threat heading into summer shows. He has the shape and size to be awesome. Think he needs a good coach to jump up a level.

🔥 KEY ATHLETE UPDATES & PREP PROGRESS

• Nick Walker — Tampa Pro Confirmed (8 Weeks Out)
Nick Walker officially scrapped his offseason plans and announced he will compete at the 2026 Tampa Pro, ending months of speculation.

He has:
• Hired Prabh Dhaliwal as his new coach
• Scaled back “drastic cardio”
• Reported feeling 8/10 mentally, 7/10 physically

Walker is now the odds‑on favorite heading into Tampa, though analysts warn that Joe Palacios could make it a close fight. I still don't see what the heads are talking about. Nick was way closer to stage ready. Jo has a lot of fluff still.

• Hadi Choopan — Not Retiring, New Coach, Full Olympia Prep
Hadi Choopan has confirmed he will compete at the 2026 Mr. Olympia. But will his visa go through?

He has switched coaches to Milos Sarcev, who has publicly outlined the strategy:
• Bring up chest fullness
• Improve quad density
• Maintain elite back detail

Choopan’s physique updates (13 weeks out) show sharp conditioning and renewed momentum. And off season bulk that I have never seen from him.

• Samson Dauda — 13 Weeks Out, Size Concerns & Gladiator Mindset
Samson Dauda is deep in prep, sitting around 340–350 lbs, pushing mass aggressively.
Looking dam good with abs at that size, cuts in the quads.

However, legends Lee Haney and Shawn Ray have raised concerns that Dauda may be “overtaxing” himself with excessive size, potentially compromising peak conditioning.

Dauda maintains his “Gladiator Mindset,” targeting a two‑man battle with Andrew Jacked at the Olympia.

• Ryan Terry — 13 Weeks Out, 4th Title Hunt
Men’s Physique king Ryan Terry is 13 weeks out from the Olympia, aiming for his fourth consecutive title.

Recent updates include:
• A full 4,852‑calorie Olympia prep diet
• Brutal chest/tricep training sessions

This Italy Pro win from Kargbo wasn’t just a qualification it was a statement. Bonac brought veteran pressure, Hutchinson brought youth and shape, but Kargbo’s density and dryness were undeniable. Nick Walker entering Tampa flips the entire Olympia qualification narrative on its head. Hadi teaming with Milos is the biggest coaching shift of the season that pairing is dangerous. Samson’s size push is either genius or catastrophic, and the next eight weeks will tell us which. Ryan Terry looks locked in for a historic fourth title run.
The 2026 season is heating up fast and this is exactly why TEAM USP stays ahead of the curve.

Mr. Ash is up eyeballing me wanting out he hauls ass to the fridge he know he isn't getting anywhere without the Rockstar.I take him outside to do his show and he sniffs everything as we do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got 13 buttnuggets this morning! I am stumbling around this morning the legs definitely are sore. With hiking and mining activities. I hit the garage to get warmed and loosen up. Started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 30 minutes. Most definitely need to stretch out as a bit of tightness is coming in the lower back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle I can on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Finished off with my old school standard stretches. Then as customary now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. I still have some pain. So I am not going to push my luck. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. 20 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders. Then set up with yoga blocks and did 10 push up's. The spot in my shoulder did complain a bit. Nothing overdone. I hit 10 more. That was a bit less irritating. Decided to grab the versa grips and try pull up's. I did 2, and could tell its not ready for that. But its a start.

🔥 TEAM USP DAILY BODYBUILDING NEWS July 1/2026 🔥

☆ MEN’S OPEN HEADLINE — BEIRUS TOBANI FORCED OUT OF FLEX PRO ITALY

Beirus Tobani was forced out of the 2026 Flex Pro Weekend Italy after failing to secure travel visa clearance.
This removed a major wildcard and reshaped the Milan competitive landscape.

“Tobani was unable to secure entry into Italy ahead of the contest, disrupting his competitive timeline.”

This is the most significant Men’s Open disruption of the week.

☆ NPC UNIVERSE — JULY 2–4 (TEANECK, NJ)

One of the year’s premier IFBB Pro‑card pipelines:

• Dates: July 2–4
• Location: Marriott at Glenpointe
• Divisions: All major amateur classes
• Significance: Massive pro‑card awarding event

Full schedule:
• NPC Universe Schedule

☆ MEN’S OPEN PHYSIQUE UPDATES — 13 WEEKS OUT FROM OLYMPIA

Samson Dauda
Most dominant, massive physique update of the off‑season.

Andrew Jacked
Broke silence with a lethal upper‑body update front double + most muscular looked top‑three dangerous.

Martin Fitzwater
Low‑res guest‑posing clip caused criticism, but HD follow‑ups proved conditioning is on track.

Nick Walker
Confirmed for 2026 Tampa Pro — his Olympia qualification attempt is locked.

☆ DEREK LUNSFORD — FULL PREP LOCK‑IN

Derek has sat out the entire early 2026 season to focus exclusively on defending his Olympia title.

“Derek officially kicked off his Olympia prep cycle… choosing to keep creatine in his system until the very final weeks of prep.”

Prep Strategy
• Leaner and tighter than last year at 14 weeks out
• Heavy lower‑body focus to maintain quad sweep
• Targeting Arnold‑level dryness + 2025 Olympia back density

Derek is ahead of schedule and strategically silent again.

☆ HADI CHOOPAN — THE MILOS SARCEV ERA BEGINS

Hadi shocked the sport by ending his long era with Hany Rambod and switching to Milos Sarcev.

Training Overhaul
Sarcev implemented:
• High‑squeeze contractions
• Precision pull‑downs
• Heavy rowing variations
• Pullovers
• Partial deadlifts

Physique Response
“Progress videos show dramatically increased upper‑body mass and fullness.”

Hadi’s ability to stay conditioned while consuming high carbohydrates allows:
• Less cardio
• More fullness
• Higher training density
• Faster recovery

Visa Cloud
Political tensions may affect Hadi’s ability to secure a U.S. travel visa for Olympia weekend.

☆ TAMPA PRO — JULY 30 TO AUGUST 1 (THE NEW WAR FRONT)

The defining Tampa Pro storylines:
Nick Walker’s return, a prep strategy overhaul, a surprise challenger, and a community‑driven divisional rescue.

☆ Nick Walker Changes Course and Commits to Tampa

Nick “The Mutant” Walker shocked the community by ending his extended offseason and committing to the Tampa Pro.
After placing 6th at the previous Olympia, critics argued Walker needed more stage time.
He initially planned to skip Tampa, then reversed course to aggressively chase an early qualification.
Walker’s Tampa entry instantly elevates the show’s competitive intensity.

☆ Walker Scales Back “Drastic Cardio”

Walker revealed a major prep strategy shift:

• Scaling back heavy, aggressive cardio
• Prioritizing fullness
• Avoiding over‑depletion
• Reporting higher energy and faster response

This is a direct correction of his previous mistimed peak.

☆ James Hollingshead Enters the Lineup

UK standout James Hollingshead officially confirmed his Tampa Pro entry.

Analysts call it a risky but exciting move he skipped easier European shows to jump straight into a deeper American lineup.

To beat Walker, Hollingshead must fix:
• Midsection control
• Shoulder width
• Stage tightness

This is one of the most heavyweight Tampa Pro matchups in years.

☆ Women’s Bodybuilding Reinstated After Cancellation

Tim Gardner Productions initially canceled Women’s Bodybuilding due to lack of sponsorship.

IFBB Pro Anastasia Rider led a relentless community fundraising campaign.
The bodybuilding community fully funded the prize purses and overhead out of pocket.

Women’s Bodybuilding is officially reinstated for Tampa Pro.

This is one of the most inspiring community wins of the season.

🧠 CREEPER’S THOUGHTS

This is the most volatile, explosive, storyline‑heavy stretch of the entire 2026 season.
Tobani’s visa block reshaped Milan.
Kargbo seized the moment.
Bonac proved he’s still dangerous.
NPC Universe is about to unleash a flood of new pros.
Samson looks monstrous.
Andrew looks lethal.
Fitzwater is back on track.
Derek is sharpening the blade.
Hadi is forging a new weapon.
And now Tampa Pro is turning into a war zone — Walker returns, Hollingshead gambles, and the community resurrects an entire division.

Olympia season isn’t heating up — it’s detonating.

We run a bit of Deca today 20mg

(ALL USP GEAR) Gear online, throw the robe on and Ash at my side following me to the Rockstar. We do our morning perimeter checks water some plants and the chickens we got 13 buttnuggets this morning!!! This morning I figured it would be wise to do quarter load as warm up's.

* 190.2 this morning

Still a bit of agitation.

Set 3 hit 14, then 13. Checking my note book before we got 1 rep.

• Cable Lateral Raises * Skipped today
12–18 reps × 5 sets
Cross‑cable setup we are at 15lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 12 lbs and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be niggling as Mobster would say.

* I did some more Creeper stretches. Even with the weight hanging off the shoulder it was helpful as I could feel it tightened up.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
5 x 5 + 25lbs over hand, up fast, down slow and controlled. Not completed....

* I did 5 chin ups all bi focused seems to be okay, did another 10 all seems well.

* Deficit push ups 2 sets
10 done, I could feel the iratated area starting to bark in the deep negative. May need to adjust this to a different hand position. Or just keep after it to work this out.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 3,400—3,750
- Protein: 340g
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~85–100g
- Sodium: ~3,800–4,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
A better day over all, feeling good today. Been getting all the European cars. From the problem child's to the clean high end rides. Got to do an inspection on a 24 Audi RS5 this one is screaming Creeper, in black, turbo 2.9 litter V6, 444 hp. It's FUCK YOU mode is super fun. The cornering ability in apex is like michelangelo carving marble. It puts the power down with surgical perception of confidence.
The smoke continues to be everywhere. The whole dam state seems to be on fire, its definitely effecting all of us. We have ash falling out of the sky overnight covering everything. I knew it was going to be a bad year with the winter that wasn't.

🔥 TEAM USP Bodybuilding News 🔥
July 02/2026

• NICK WALKER — TAMPA PRO DOMINANCE & NEW COACH CONFIRMED
Nick Walker continues to dominate the global bodybuilding news cycle as Tampa Pro approaches.

• Walker officially confirmed Prabh Dhaliwal as his new prep coach for Tampa Pro. Depending on how this goes for Nick, it could not last long.

• Walker publicly stated he intends to “annihilate and embarrass” the Tampa lineup, emphasizing massive separation between himself and the field.

• Walker’s confidence surge is echoed across YouTube commentary, where he reiterates he’s not just coming to win but to dominate.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Walker’s messaging is now fully aligned: new coach, aggressive prep, high confidence, and zero hesitation. Tampa Pro is being framed as his personal proving ground.

• TAMPA PRO LINEUP — PALACIOS, HOLLLINGSHEAD & VISA DRAMA

Joe Palacios Threat Level:
Bodybuilding legends (Dennis James, Milos Sarcev, Jose Raymond) continue debating whether Palacios can push Walker to the brink. Palacios’ mass‑monster structure and back density remain the core argument.

James Hollingshead — Confirmed Entry:
Hollingshead’s Tampa Pro entry is circulating heavily across YouTube shorts and reels. Fans question whether Tampa is the right strategic move given past midsection critiques.

Behrooz Tabani — Visa Issues Continue:
Tabani’s recurring visa problems resurfaced again, with new commentary suggesting his latest issue may have been a timing mistake rather than a full denial.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
The Tampa Pro lineup is volatile. Walker is the clear favorite, but Palacios and Hollingshead add legitimate storyline weight. Tabani’s absence removes a potential wildcard.

• FLEX PRO ITALY – GLOBAL REACTIONS

Edward Kargbo Wins 2026 Flex Pro Italy:
Kargbo officially took first place at the 2026 Flex Pro Italy event.

Behrooz Tabani Absence Confirmed:
Tabani was again unable to compete due to visa complications.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
Kargbo’s win strengthens his momentum heading into Olympia season. Tabani’s continued visa issues are now a recurring storyline affecting multiple shows.

• DEXTER JACKSON — PRIME MINISTER MEETING GOES VIRAL
Dexter “The Blade” Jackson made mainstream headlines after meeting Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, who publicly stated Jackson inspired him to train harder.

TEAM USP Interpretation:
This is one of the rare bodybuilding stories crossing into global political news, boosting visibility for the sport.

🧠 TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Walker is no longer teasing dominance — he’s declaring it.
The Tampa Pro storyline is now a three‑man axis: Walker, Palacios, Hollingshead.
Flex Pro Italy tightened the global competitive picture, and Dexter Jackson’s viral moment pushed bodybuilding into mainstream headlines.
Prep silence across divisions is the biggest tell: everyone is cooking.
TEAM USP stays ahead.

Throw on the robe, Mr. Ash and I do our perimeter sweep, water chickens, plants, yard, 8 buttnuggets this morning! set up Ash with his blanket and his morning YouTube training videos. I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Especially my shoulder. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Time in the mornings is tight. So getting up 30 min earlier, getting in a full workout not in rush. Did 10 minutes of work on my shoulder in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets.

* 192.2 This morning

We added 10lbs.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. I dropped back on this to 50 uni got 25 reps. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went uni at 25lbs for 2 sets, at 25 reps. Started feeling my left side. We will stop and call this a win.

There is a bit discomfort here but manageable.

Back is swollen and fat like Walmart customer's on the 15th. 🤔😅

• Pull up's, so this is a painful movement. I did 15, pause and did the Creeper stretches. Then got 10 more. We will call this a big win! 💪🏼😁

🔥 TEAM USP BODYBUILDING NEWS 🔥
July 03/2026

💥 William Bonac — Veteran Fire, Zero Fade
William Bonac comes off the Empro Classic Spain win with a chip on his shoulder. The uploaded file confirms he directly addressed critics, stating his physique is still improving and that he’s not slowing down heading into Las Vegas.
Bonac’s tone is aggressive, confident, and dismissive of anyone doubting his longevity. His conditioning in Spain was the best he’s shown in two seasons, and his camp is pushing the narrative that he’s peaking at the right time.

🦍 Rubiel “Neckzilla” Mosquera — Season Shutdown, Strategic Reset
Rubiel Mosquera is officially out for the entire 2026 season. The document confirms the withdrawal is tied to post‑hernia surgery recovery, with his team shifting focus to a 2027 comeback.
This is a major loss for rising‑star hype, but the long‑term play is clear: rebuild, stabilize, and return with a freak package that doesn’t risk structural damage.

⚡ Michal “Krizo” Krizanek — Off‑Season Shock Footage
Krizo dropped off‑season bulk clips that ignited speculation across fan pages and pro circles. The footage shows him significantly fuller through the chest and delts, with improved leg separation even at higher bodyweight.
His camp is teasing a “complete package” for Olympia, and the document notes the fan reaction has been explosive. Krizo’s trajectory is upward — the question is whether he can translate mass into stage‑ready detail.

🔥 Andrew Jacked — Quiet but Dangerous Prep Mode
Andrew Jacked remains one of the most dangerous dark horses. The uploaded file confirms his Romania Pro placement locked his qualification early, giving him a long runway for Olympia prep.
His physique updates have been minimal, but insiders report he’s focusing heavily on back density and posing refinement the two areas judges consistently push him on.

💣 Tonio Burton — Mexico Pro Momentum
Tonio Burton secured his Olympia ticket via the Mexico Pro win. Burton’s physique continues trending toward denser legs and improved midsection control.
His camp is pushing a “complete athlete” narrative, not just freak factor, but symmetry and polish.

🔥 Martin Fitzwater — Early‑Season Hammer
Martin Fitzwater locked qualification early, giving him one of the longest Olympia preps in the division.
His updates show improved back thickness and a questionable waist. Fitzwater’s biggest advantage is time, he’s not scrambling for qualification, he’s building.

• Sasan Heirati — Precision
Sasan Heirati punched his ticket via the FIBO Pro. His physique continues trending toward razor‑sharp conditioning, with improved quad sweep and posing discipline.
Heirati is one of the most technically precise athletes in the lineup, not the biggest, but one of the cleanest.

🇮🇹 Andrea Presti — Poland Pro Power
Andrea Presti secured qualification at Pro Muscle Poland. His physique updates show improved chest fullness and better mid‑back detail.
Presti’s camp is emphasizing “European density” thick, grainy, and stage‑ready.

🇨🇦 Quinton Eriya — The Canadian Climber
Quinton Eriya continues his upward trajectory with a qualification that surprised no one.
His physique is one of the most aesthetic in the division, and his off‑season improvements in hamstring detail are finally showing.

🇦🇪 Edward Kargbo — UAE Breakthrough
Edward Kargbo secured his spot through international qualifiers.
Kargbo’s physique updates show improved shoulder width and better stage presence — he’s one of the most underrated athletes heading into Olympia.

🧠TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)🇺🇸
Today’s athlete cycle is all about momentum vs. strategy. Bonac is surging, Krizo is bulking with intent, Neckzilla is resetting for long‑term dominance, and the rest of the field is sharpening their weapons for the most stacked Olympia lineup since 2020.

Masteron e 25mg
Nandrolone 25mg

Of course won't miss the most important part of the stack Rockstar zero.
We do our perimeter sweep this morning. Chickens water and food topped off. The chickens are clucking about wanting food. We have 10 eggs this morning! No extra chickens today. Water going on the yard. Ash posts up on the couch with his training videos and his avocadoblanket. I hit the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. On to the stretches. Loosened the back and legs for the work to come. Smoke is everywhere. It has been giving me some major issues in my sinuses and eyes. The wind has been outrageous causing it to move unpredictable but todat they say it shouldn't be as bad. On to opening my chest up as well as the Creeper stretches using 20lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Finished off with my old school stretches Throw on the EVO, listening to some of the older one's, still great information. I started doing a Tren writing from my notes. It's going to take some time as it's a complex compound. Talking about digging in, I watched Vigorous Steve's Saturday show. Talking about the Boldenone show Sean put up. And pretty much blasted the notion that the body makes elaquin, even if it dose, its small amounts. And the system modeling he had used is different that the standard excepted model system. None the less its a move in the right direction for people to have a reason to look into and work on it from different angles. Thats the only way new data can be collected. Make a sound theory and have others fact check information.

• Leg Press

280 Stance neutral today. We have jumped 10 lbs
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting really deep great stretch.

Heart rate up 130-145. As my head spins when I get up!

• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
120lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Being methodically. Staying level in reps is winning. I still have to go to work tomorrow and get in and out of cars all day.

I did feel some discomfort but not like before.

• Smith Machine Squats x 4
270 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. The foam block is being used here. We added 10 lbs.

• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets wide stance, toes pushed down and straight 12, 10, 10. quads were on fire! Foam box is still being used. I should note I moved down on the plate a bit, still mostly quad focused.

* Extra set push up's
Got 15 in and gave a break to my shoulder, stretch it a bit with mobility pt rotation. Got another 10. Still discomfort, guess most people would say pain. It is lesser than before. So we are heading into the right direction.

• Notes of the Day
Today was a busy day around the house, we had a lot of stuffs to catch up on. Then I got a tool cart that matches my tool box pretty well. To put most my daily use stuff in. Cutting time down to grab tools and type on the computer. Should help with production of work flow for me. Cut a few steps out. Anyway was a good 4th weekend we will see how many co-workers are dragging ass tomorrow 🤙 definitely won't be me.

Men’s Physique “Size Drift” Controversy

🧠TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS)
Hutchinson’s Portugal Pro win wasn’t just a qualification it was a power move.
Nick Walker’s Tampa Pro run is shaping into one of the most calculated plays of the season, and Samson’s 345‑lb off-season base is the kind of mass that changes Olympia predictions overnight. Bonac’s coaching shift adds volatility to an already chaotic Olympia prep landscape.
Meanwhile, the Men’s Physique size debate is heating up fast and the division is clearly approaching a breaking point.

TEAM USP doesn’t just track results — we track momentum, pressure, and the shifting battlefield.

Mr. Ash is up with some sleepy eyes wanting out he shuffles to the fridge for Rockstar. I take him outside to do his show and he sniffs everything as we do the normal perimeter sweep. Water the chickens and plants, we got 11 buttnuggets this morning! I am shuffling about this morning the legs definitely are sore.. I hit the garage to get warmed and loosen up. Started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. 20 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders. Then set up with yoga blocks and did 15 push up's. The spot in my shoulder did complain a bit. Nothing overdone. I hit 15 more. That was a bit less irritating. Decided to grab the versa grips and try pull up's. I did 5, and could tell its a bit more stress on it. I got 5 more done before it really barked at me.

• 191.9 this morning.
Fast paced day for myself, 100 degrees out. Still smoke everywhere. Got 2 gallons and change of water in. Amanda has hurt her knee, so as a family we all have to come forward and help her out with daily chores. Till she can get going well again.
Mr Ash does not understand and is refusing to vacuum 🤣😁 we will work on that, he just trying to bite it. Fat headed freak. So the news says we have the worst air quality in the world right now, no surprise, every morning I look like I was ripping a bong all night. I really hope we get rain soon it is so needed! Anyway my family have a great day! Get after it, no one will do it for you, its up to you to be the one that holds yourself responsible!

Bikini is in full strategic warfare, Chapados sharpening her lines, Delgado riding championship momentum, and Desoso punching her ticket into the pro ranks. Nick Walker’s timeline disruption continues, Wesley Vissers is engineering his physique with surgical precision, and Ramon Dino’s entire Olympia fate now hinges on his back density.
