Starting to settle into a routine of lifting EOD, gives my body time to recover before putting more stress on it. Finding myself recovering slower and actually being sore from lifting which is very unusual, can’t remember the last time I was sore other than my legs… will never escape DOMS...

Good news finally! Got the Dr’s referral for the iron infusion, waiting for them to call to get it scheduled. Looking forward to getting back on my feet in full force, because this exhaustion just ain’t it. Got in to the gym for legs today, first time hitting them in about two weeks...

Several more days of rest which is why my logs have been slow to come out. Nothing to really report other than I’m beginning to feel a little better. Lowered the iron dose from 50mg to 25mg and that seemed to stop the borderline narcolepsy I was experiencing 🤣. No longer dead tired and...
I’m beginning to learn that as time goes on. Don’t recover like I used to in my 20’s but I damn sure like to pretend I do. It’s been an adjustment not being in the gym 5-6 days a week but I’m beginning to enjoy it a lot more.

Finally made it back into the gym this morning after several days of being so tired. Decent chest/shoulder/tri day considering all things going on. No loss in strength, but endurance is taking a hit. A little more rest time needed between the heavier sets, but still putting the weight up...
Appreciate it my guy! Will definitely keep posting about it as new information or a solution comes around. Very big advocate for talking about blood work and symptoms, what I’m going through could help someone else who’s reading
